Excellent experience. We recently had all the carpet in our home replaced (approx 1200 sq ft worth). We had a difficult time finding the right color for our home, but Kay helped us pick out the right tone that we were looking for, sticking within our budget parameters. I was worried about the installation because you never know what to expect, but I was extremely impressed with the 2 man crew that installed our carpet. They were extremely professional and clean - and they did the entire job in one (long) day. We will use The Flooring Gallery again!

I'm thankful to the living Lord that we eventually walked into America's Floor Source. Top flooring brands gives many options on choice. Brenda figured out what we were looking for, sent a first class team to measure and then install after our flooring arrived in Louisville. Our floors were a little off level consequently we needed a subfloor. Their floor installation design expert(which we never met, Ortiz-trust her), took over the project installation
plan and we were amazed at the results.
A follow up associate called a week after installation to check and see if there were any issues with installation, we had no idea that was pat of the process. He came by, took a few pictures of minor discrepancies, and will be returning later to address them.

I had a great experience with Natalie and Brenda when choosing and purchasing my flooring. Natalie was great at helping me choose styles and colors. The installation team did a fantastic job installing and they left everything clean before they left. They moved and put back the furniture that I could not move. I would recommend them highly.
