Well all went ok except. They changed my oil without asking me what kind of oil I preferred. I had very expensive oil for a new trial system. $42.00 dollars a gallon they didn't ask. Then they changed out the thermostats without asking me what I prefer. I had 180's they put in 190's not necessary to change.Things way to often in all repair shops are performed and or changed without the Owners concent. These cost more to the ticket when the owner is trying to keep the cost low. I do admit the time of repair was excellent and I'll continue to hope the workmanship lasts. Thankyou Cat finance for the help. Much needed at the time. Thankyou again.

Scott was patient with me while I was talking myself into my machine and now that I've had it for a little bit, a hydraulic hose needed replaced so the next morning, Brad was on site fixing the machine with very little down time. Extremely satisfied with my investment, thank you.

I give them a star because it requires to, but they really don't deserve a star. the reps are rude old men. they are not willing to be helpful for any reason. I know that when I have gone to buy parts, I have to go prepared with everything that I know because they are quick to give you attitude if you don't know what your trying to explain. All of them need a lesson in courtesy. Don't recommend this place at all. Try and avoid it. They will just ruin your day. That's how disrespectful they are.
