The school is neatly organized. The administration, staff and faculty is great. Most teachers are very helpful and respectful to the students. Many teachers are experienced and deal well with students' shenanigans. Great choice of clubs (ENGINEERING CLUB IS THE BEST). The sports may be lagging behind some others, and the arts may be better in other schools, but this school is very well rounded, and the large student population is multicultural and interesting. Great school.

I'm sorry but as a current freshman I can personally say this school is terrible. It goes from people stealing stuff for kids who have nothing to having multiple fights , gangs and kids getting jumped and thrown on their head and seizing. Its a disruption to our learning. And puts your child I harms way. The teachers fail to realize exactly what is going on. Instead they are too worried about kid feeding the damn seagulls. Kids smoke on campus and get away with it too. And you're considered lucky if you get a teacher that actually teaches. They only care about their pay

Terrible school. The place smells very bad, and the school looks dirty from outside. Besides the looks and smell, even what's inside is bad. The school uses an online system to check your grades called Edline, Edline is terribly bad, inaccurate, buggy, and never updates. It's been 2 weeks since any of my teachers updated my grades, so maintaining straight A's and seeing where I mess up and what not is hard. The schedule is ridiculous. Buses start picking students up at 6:30AM, and Students leave at 3:05PM. However, in Pasco County, their schedule seems to be 7-1:50. Odd, the supervisor must know they're wasting time, so they give an hour off on Mondays. Some teachers and students are terrible, in teaching or attitude. Is this what Hillsborough County offers in education? The only positive i see in Alonso is the numerous programs they have, other than that, everything about it is awful.

I used to go to this school. They are very dirty, teachers are rude and not very helpful. For ex: the coach is usually sleeping. They tend to let off student athletes with no repercussions for they're wrong doing. Really over populated, alot of fights

The staff in the student affairs department are very unprofessional and not helpful. I was talked to like I was incompetent by the student affairs staff and the assistant principal. At 1st I wanted my son to attend this school to play sports however we will take our talent to another school. The assistant principal even hung up in my face during our conversation. RUDE STAFF!!!! I will be heard and I will be filing a complaint with the school board.

Best school there is in the county. Has hired over 30+ former students. For the students to want to come back and teach at the school they were at tells you how great it is.

i was a foreing exchange student bak in 03 - 07, i loved the school, i felt respected and cared for by all the members teachers and admins, most of the students are great guys, classes are great and i learned english.... thanks to the admons and the teachers i began to love USA more than a born american, now 7 years later after graduation i miss the school and i have the fondest memories; the JROTC program was great and i became extremely disciplined.
