Randomly shut down 6-18-2024 with only a little sticky note on the door. How can city government randomly shut down for a day? It's very aggravating when you must do certain functions in person at that building but they can close on a whim. What are our elected officials doing for us?

Trash is always a day late on time for 3 weeks then it will happen again. trucks up and down the street after 6 the guys are clearly over d.o.t hours of service drivers and loaders are great they just lack equipment it wasn't like this a year ago they need to do better

Not efficient even with only 2 people to help in line. Always mention Senior fees and always have to correct the fees at the payment window. It would be a long wait if there were more than 3 people in a line. Not sure what has happened as the hours have been shortened or changed as well.

Typical government organization with red tape. Does little but increases the cost of homeownership. As a contractor, I have to come multiple times to get the permit secured and homeowners end up paying for it. Sad reality. The drains on our streets are plugged. When ever it rains the street floods. After the water finally goes down it leaves muck all over the road. I have called the city multiple times and keep getting told "I will pass it along ". No one calls and it doesn't get fixed. Worst DPW yard in the state.
