Neither the management nor the mechanics at this Kia dealership know what they are doing. The webpage to schedule an appointment generally does not work, so you have to schedule by phone. Several times I have scheduled and arrived only to be told I didn't have an appointment. The service is overpriced and requires a very long wait. They purport to have a service where they will drive you home instead of having you wait, but this has only been available a single time. Most recently I went due to a service light on and was charged $467 but they did not fix it. The light came on as soon as I got near my home. I called many times about it and my call was never returned. I took it to a local Goodyear who fixed the problem immediately.

I went last week to have some maintenance done on my car. Trying to schedule online was frustrating and didn't work. I finally spoke with someone and scheduled an an appt. with them. I went in at my time and no one greeted me. I signed in and sat. I sat there for 2 hours and not 1 single person said a word to me. Finally after a little over 2 hours, I left. I only wanted a KIA dealership to work on my car but unfortunately that isn't going to happen. I will not ever be going back there

Their service team is absolutely terrible and do not care about their customers. My vehicle was there for four days before they even started working on it. Finally they tell me it’s ready for pick up. I get there and discover my car still isn’t fixed. Had to leave it there again. If I could give them no stars I would.

The Kia waiting area was clean and air conditioned. Food and drinks was there for people to have while they waited in the waiting area. A TV and music was there. The people that worked at All Star Kia were nice too
