With as much as these quick lube places charge I take my vehicle here to be serviced. They use Mobile 1 oil and are very professional. They also are on top of recalls and any other issues that they may see. Peace of mind and price goes a long way!

Update: As of 12/05/22 the dealership still has not fixed the issue with my Kia K5. I stopped by the dealership on 11/23/22 and was told the ticket was closed because it was a tech issue. They assured me that they were working with tech at Kia. As of today, no one has reached out to me about getting the issue resolved.

Went into the dealership because my radio keeps going in and out. The screen goes completely black and my front speakers went out. This happens randomly throughout the day, but was told nothing can be done if the issue doesn’t happen while there. As soon as I left the dealership my radio did the same thing that I told them was happening. Needless to say my radio is still doing the exact same thing.

EDIT: How would you like me to give you another opportunity, when the service manager said I was not allowed to come back to your dealer and refused to work on my car that was under warranty? I'll wait for your answer. As I said before, I will NEVER go to any dealer or business that ALLSTAR owns!

Pretty sad when you have a canned response for negative reviews and a whole email dedicated to reviews! Really shows your poor customer service!

Since they decided to respond today to my fb review from 3 years ago (with a generic canned response), I thought I’d share here as well, as they do not deserve such a high rating as they have. Please believe all of the low rated reviews, they are accurate!

Brought my vehicle in on 6/22/21. They diagnosed my vehicle and the part and labor was covered under warranty. That’s where the good news stops! I was then informed the part would take a week to come in, so I was told I could come pick up the car until then. I called at 5:30pm to make arrangements as I would arrive after 6pm (closing time). The lady on the phone couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the dealer and then informed me they would not release my vehicle unless I made arrangements…. That’s what I was trying to do. Of course they gave me my vehicle!

So the next day the service manager Todd, calls me and we are discussing my situation and he then tells me the part is on manufacturer backorder with no delivery date. I then asked about getting a different part that would have had the original part included. I mentioned that I had called another dealer in a different city and then out of no where I hear a different voice say “Then I will just cancel his DAMN order.”. I then asked Todd who that was and he said Eric the “Master Tech” who looked at my car. Fast forward 32 days of dealing with Kia Consumer Assistance, them not be able to get ahold of the dealer, as well as the parts district supervisor, trying to contact them! About 26 days in, consumer assistance calls the dealer and finds out the part is there and has been there! No one ever told me it was in!!! Driving around on a damaged vehicle! Then the consumer assistance rep schedules me for 7/27/21 at 11am. When the rep and myself called back on 7/23/21 to see if they would have an option of transportation for me, we speak with Todd and he explains their rental process. When we go to hang up, he asks for the rep to call him back after we were finished. About 20 minutes later I got a TEXT message from Todd, stating I could purchase the part if I wanted, and they would not be working on my vehicle and proceeded to say “good luck to you”. Probably the most cowardly and unprofessional thing that could have been done in this situation. I tried calling to find out his reasoning after having a missed call from All Star, left a message and no returned phone call. Imagine that!

I have given All Star too many chances and get the same results every time, and I’m not alone clearly! Made an appointment at another dealer not AllStar and rep was very friendly and even said they get lots of people from that dealer… wonder why!!!

I forgot her name but the girl in the service department with the black hair, blue eyes and tattoos was so nice. I went in, told them my issues and got an oil change. During it, they found a massive staple in my tire. They told me they’d have to order the tire and it would take a day or two. She called around and found the match and put it on before I could pick it up. 10/10 on going above and beyond

Had my right rear tail light assembly harness had to be replaced. Samantha doing incredible job. Keep me informed well the work will be done. It was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend her service department.

I had my hybrid vehicle towed to their dealership after it shut down. Their service department told me that I needed to replace a part that was $2000. As I did my research, I realized that they may be lying to me and the fix could be a $50 fuse.  Sure enough, I swapped out the fuse on their lot, and they were irate with me. The service manager yelled at me about not touching my vehicle in their garage. Honestly, they were upset that they didn't get my $2K. My car started just fine and I drove away. 

If they had just been up front and honest with me in the beginning I would have had a much better experience and would trust them enough to come back. However, their service department are liars and will tell you anything to get your money. I would never take your vehicle there.
