Wife and I wanted to do something together to celebrate our 9th year wedding anniversary. I looked this up and they were having a class that same night. I went online and tried to reserve 2 seats but unfortunately only 1 spot was available. I called them up to see when their next class would be. After a quick conversation, the nice lady on the phone said “well hang on a second, let me ask the owner if she would be willing to take on one more”. My wife and I showed up and they were very welcoming. The atmosphere was great, the instruction was clear, and I really enjoyed supporting a fellow veteran! Looking forward to picking up our pottery soon.

Really great beginners course and the instructor is very passionate and attentive

You have to ruin your first ever pottery cylinder which was sad for me (it was actually my favorite one) because it’s part of the training of “what could go wrong” basically BUT you get two more balls of clay to make more completely on your own without the instructor unless you need her which was fun too.

Giving 5 stars because the studio was very hot and unfortunately made me personally not feel great by the end

I plan to go back when the temps are cooler. If you’re thinking of doing this, do it. You won’t regret it. It was a fun night.

As a gift to myself, I decided to take a Pottery Class. I’m so glad I did and the experience was phenomenal. I can’t even really put it in words, it’s one of those things, like you had to be there. I learned so much. The owners story was inspiring and encouraging. Here are some key takeaways from that whole experience:

✨ Be your Authentic self, everyone and everything will adjust
✨ Try new things and go new places, even if it’s by yourself
✨ Your mental health is important
✨Perfection does not exist “ if you looking for perfection, you will never be content”

Thoroughly enjoyed my building class with James! As a first timer I was really nervous. With James to help and encourage me I really am excited for the piece I made!
Everyone seems very nice and very encouraging- the staff and other ceramic makers.
I would say I wish the lighting was a bit brighter and a bit cooler in temperature.
I highly recommend checking it out

This was our first visit, met the owner Angela. She was very friendly and helpful. If you plan on taking a class I suggest you sign up early, they fill up pretty fast. We will be back.
