I recently purchased a used John Deere lawn mower and a snow blower from All Care Power Equipment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Thank you Kenney and the staff at all care power equipment repir,Billerica Mass. My snowblower stopped working so I called all care on Monday. They picked up my machine Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday I received an estimate, and agreed to have the work done. Friday morning I received a call telling me my machine would be dropped off within an hour.My experience with all care power equipment repair was awesome. My clutch assembly for my old Ariens snow blower failed as I was finishing clearing away Tuesday’s blizzard. After convincing myself that I could not fix it I called All Care on Wednesday morning. They picked it up that afternoon and just called me today, Saturday morning, that they will deliver it back within an hour. Just ahead of the snow event expected to last from this afternoon into tomorrow! Hallelujah! Prompt, considerate , friendly and efficient! Thank you All Care!!!

Couple seasons ago had them replace drive belt on a lawn tractor. That's all I wanted done. They overhauled carburetor, change oil and filter, spark plug etc. Work I Did not need done! First use deck belt falls off , Belt keeper was not installed, drive belt squealed, didn't seam to really operate to well. Second use drive belt frays.Engine didn't seem to run all that great. As a former mechanic I said F it . Not arguing and going back. The only reason I even had them do it was that I didn't have time to do it myself. Now I need to find time. I order parts directly from Troybilt upon doing the work myself the drive belt was not even the correct belt. Checked few other things wrong spark plug , wrong gas filter( that they installed) Needless to say I will not go back or recommend! Lesson learned. I will take care of it myself from now on.

I have a 2023 Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor with only 50 HRS on it when suddenly it began to not start. I thought ok a bad battery. It continued, so I thought, GREAT its the starter on my new Tractor.
After a Google of the issue, I find out that my PROUD all AMERICAN INVESTMENT has a known Briggs & Stratton Cam shaft issue!!!!
I caller All Care Power, spoke to Sherri who was very nice & had my Tractor P/U next day for repair. All I needed to do is give Kenny a copy of receipt & they dealt with the Warranty of Briggs & stratton COMPLETELY!!! I had to do NOTHING but pay the small P/U & DELV fee.... Kenny came back with my Tractor in UNDER 2 weeks!! As I told him, my Tractor now starts & Idles better than it did when I unboxed it!!! Thanks Kenny & Team
