When we moved to Sudbury, MA in less than a month we were given a very high recommendation to Mark at Alexander Automotive Service. We were told that he is a great mechanic, very fair and reasonable. On September 26, 2024 we took our 2022 Toyota Corolla sedan to Mark for our maintenance and were very pleased with the quality of his work, his efficiency, and the cost. He also had in stock the windshield wipers we needed for replacement. We were very satisfied with his service, and will feel very comfortable taking our car to him if and when any repair issue arises. We are very pleased to recommend him to others.

Mark Alexander is the consummate professional. He took on a complex (and difficult) repair request, figured out the issue and fixed it perfectly. His bill was VERY fair and reasonable. I’d recommend him unequivocally.

A different shop said our shocks needed to be replaced. I called around for quotes and Mark asked me more details about why I thought the shocks needed to be replaced and if there was anything going on. He made me feel confident it was a necessary repair and charged much less than the other shop. He showed me the part that was leaking and communicated clearly about the timing. I felt comfortable asking all my questions and Mark was very respectful. Was definitely worth the drive to find a goods, trustworthy mechanic.

Not long before I left Massachusetts, my engine mount failed on my Toyota. Another garage I normally like doing business with gave me an aftermarket part that failed in a matter of months.

Mark at Alexander Automotive made sure I got a Toyota engine mount and ensure it was on properly. Also did it for a fair price. Two years later, I haven't had a single issue.
