Such an incredible studio that offers a variety of classes for all abilities. The owner is the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure to learn from. The studio is warm and welcoming and a true community. It is incredible to have this gem so close by.

Note: This is a review pre covid, I have not tried any of the virtual or outdoor classes but am aware they are held regularly.

I live close by and was super happy to find Alchemy. The studio is small but has cubbies for belongings, a bathroom, and a changing area. There's ample parking behind the building.

I really enjoy Janine's classes. She's definitely one of the most creative teachers I've taken classes with. I see this as a big plus but can also understand if her classes are considered challenging as some poses are not common. That being said, I think she is super supportive and always offers variations based on ability and range of motion.

I can't wait until indoor classes are offered again but totally understand that the small studio space poses a challenge.

Highly recommend! Alchemy Yoga is an incredible studio. The teachers are exceptionally talented, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Alchemy offers a wide variety of classes, so there is something for every level of experience and ability. Morning classes at Alchemy are the only thing that motivate me to wake up at 5 am!

Alchemy Yoga is a family like studio. You are greeted and welcomed. The instructors cater to each students level of fitness, allowing all walks of yogi's to attend each class. I love going to Alchemy because you are always welcome!

I am so happy I stumbled on this little gem of a studio! Janine is such an amazing instructor and has enabled me to strengthen my practice immensely 🙂
The studio has a small, very welcoming feel and a friendly community of yogis of every age and level of practice.

As an aging runner, I was looking for another way to exercise with less impending injury. A good friend recommended Alchemy Yoga to me. I found a diverse group of teachers and classes; each with varying paces, personalities and intentions, but all the teachers were extremely patient and willing to explain things when my brain and body were confused.
Its been two months now and I know I have a lot to learn, but that ease and lightness I feel after class keeps me coming back. Not to mention the warm community of perpetual students who are will to lose their balance and find their breath along side me.
