100% recommend Albert’s Auto 380! We broke down nearby one night and they got us in first thing the next morning. They called all over to get the part we needed and gave us a truck to drive for the morning. They had us back on the road by noon. Great staff!

Daughter had a flat tire on 380 and we foind out that car didn't have a spear tire so called them for a tow. Once they got the car saw the other tires and said they where very bald and we should replace all of the tires. Did that. They did the job quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.

My family has used Albert Auto Services for years to keep our cars in good shape. We can always rely on them to fix our cars to the best quality it can be. They are very honest and do what they can to help us make the best decisions when it comes to our cars. They are very welcoming and friendly, we love sitting and chatting as our car gets a fix. I cannot recommend them and their services enough.

I'm really sorry I never shared this experience.
In August of 2016 I was driving home from Alaska to Missouri, and after 4 days of long hauls and rough roads, my wheel came off my rotor because of loose lug nuts. It sheared several of the bolts off and I was lucky the rotor fell inside the tire and I could limp to the side of the highway. Albert's flatbed tow truck came and got me off the side of the road very quickly, and took care of me and my dog while the gents in the shop got me a new rotor, new bolts and lug nuts, and even put a used tire on my rim because my old one was shot. I was back on the road in under 2 hours and for an extremely reasonable cost.

The experience was so good that I'm still telling the story 6 years later, and it made me think to come leave this review that I should have done way back then.

Albert Auto 360 is awesome! I recently used them for the first time and had a great experience. My car needed some major things done (Rotors, pads, ball joints were bad, other stuff)... and they were straight forward, detailed and didn't pressure me into getting the repairs done. Parts and labor was very reasonable! They also gave me a loaner vehicle to keep overnight. Highly Recommend!

Wes and the guys at Albert Auto 380 are amazing. He recently went ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected of an auto shop. I needed new tires for my truck before my gf and I go on a long trip with our trailer. I work late and wasn't able to get my truck into the shop during the day. Wes loaned me his personal truck for the night so they could get mine set up and ready for our trip. Not only that he got me the best price on the tires out of any other place I looked. I know when dealing with Wes and any of the people at Albert Auto 380 I don't have to worry about my truck, they will do it right, the 1st time and at the best price possible. I am a car guy and I don't even mess with my truck anymore. If it needs something, it goes to Albert Auto 380. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Wes is easily one of the best guys I know, and it shows with how he runs his business.

These guys are the best!!! My buddy and I broke down outside Urbana last Monday, I picked Albert auto 380 based on solid reviews. They towed us to their shop, truck and trailer both, and had his fuel pump replaced in two hours from the time we broke down. They gave us a fair price and we were on our way. The crew there saved us from a much more horrible trip that we could've experienced. Its nice to know that there are still decent people out there that are willing to help complete strangers in a time of need. Thank you guys so much!
