I’m not much of a review writer but in this case if I could give Alan’s 10 stars I would. Professionalism and expertise was an understatement. I’ve dealt with auto body shops more times than I’d like to and these guys, by far, have exceeded my expectations. My 4 month old Bronco was t-boned by a dump truck and was in the shop and being worked on literally the next day. Mark kept my husband and I in the loop as to the progress of the repairs the entire time, had it back sooner than I had expected (much to my delight) and this truck was back looking like I had just driven off the showroom floor again. Honestly can’t express enough how impressed we are with not only the quality of the work, but the overall experience with Alan’s in general….they know what they are doing and they do it damn well. ✌️? thanks again Mark!!

This is my second time using Alan's Auto & Collison Inc. I wouldn't go to any other shop. They go above and beyond with their Customer service and their work. My driver side mirror was broken and I had a dent in the side of my car. The shop was closing and going on vacation for 4th of July week. Alans temporarily fixed my mirror until they were back in office to replace it. That kind gesture right there they didn't have to do at all, but Alan being kind didn't want it to bang while I was driving and cause more damage. As soon as they came back they started to fix my car right away. The fact that they are fast and efficient is great. I also like that if your insurance includes car rental then you can just pick one up at the shop and return it there as well. With no complications it makes the whole process go smoothly. 10 out of 10 I would rate this shop 10+! I will be back again and tell everyone about this shop! Thank you so much Alans Auto & Collision Inc. I appreciate you!

I just left Alan’s Auto and Collision. I dealt with Marc. He was awesome. I had a minor accident and didn’t want to go through my car insurance. Well Marc had one of his guys fix it, free of charge. I could have gone some place else and have it look ed at and would have told me I need a new bumper plus labor. No one does anything for free anymore and they did. I highly recommend this place. He made my day! 5 stars service.

Hands-down, best experience ever. My car was hit in a parking lot They smashed my drivers door and took off leaving quite a bit of damage. Due to my car being over 20 years old, the insurance company said they might have to total it out. When I met Allen, I emphasize that I did not want to do that. I want to keep my car, he told me he would do best he could. Few days later I got a call from Mark said they found a BLACK door(My car is red) and said they would paint it. I figured it would look a little different, but I was totally blown away when I saw my car. The door blended in so well, you could never tell It’s not the original Or that it was black. It actually looked better than the door I had on because the door I had on originally was rusted out so it was like having a brand new door. I have to say I’ve never been this impressed with what could’ve been a show (which is what I’m used to)turning into one of the best experiences ever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They were all Amazing to work with….Thanks Alan’s !!!!!!

Excellent quality. I have taken 2 cars to Alan's and they both came back looking brand new. They clearly take pride in their work and are worth of the ratings in the reviews. I would not hesitate to use them again, should the need arise.

FOR ALL YOUR AUTO BODY REPAIR NEEDS, THIS IS THE SPOT!!! Last week I had been in a an accident which involved my rear bumper to get scratched and dented. I just happen to Google Auto Body Repairs nearby in Dracut and Alan's happened to be closest to me. After reviewing their site and other reviews, without hesitation or even a phone call I showed up and explain to the sweet workers who were outside and showed them what happen. They told me to come back on Friday which would be 5 days later to be able to get some work done on it. I asked from the looks of it how much it would be and the gentleman said shouldn't be much. Fast foward to Friday sometime after lunch, the same gentleman who told me to come back remembered me, sat me down and took the vehicle. Within 20 minutes later, he brought it back to me and showed me what he had done and I just wanted to cry.... I was SO PLEASED! He really got the scratches out and the dent!!! LIKE?!!!! How!? It was like I just had just bought it brand new again. He even told me since it took him 15 minutes that he wouldn't charge me..... Did I mention this was on a 2020 Mercedes SUV(My Baby). That could have cost me so much but in that moment I knew God was real and so good!!! Bless this man and his work, I am so sorry I didn't get his name. If you were the one working on my car, BLESS YOU!!! I can't wait to come back if i have any auto repair needs so I can give this guy what he deserves. Anyways, DON'T HESITATE AND COME HERE FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS!!! FAST FANTASTIC WORK!

Highly recommend Alan's Auto. They clearly take pride in their work and have high standards for the final product. My truck came back to me looking brand new. Even the interior was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. Always good to find a great local shop.

Took my Honda pilot into Alan's Auto to get an estimate after a small deer accident. They were very busy but they took the time to walk me through their assessment of the fender and told me that it didnt need to be replaced because they could put it back into place. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes, at no cost! Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff. They even took a look at the support structure to make sure there were no underlying issues that had caused the fender to shift slightly. Would recommend to anyone!
