So where do I start?

I bought a used fifth wheel camper from Justin in Oak Grove and I have to tell you that this was one of the best experiences of purchasing anything I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was he professional that he was genuinely concerned and very helpful all throughout this process. Everybody on the staff was incredibly helpful and kind to me and made this a very painless experience and very enjoyable I was always able to find somebody to talk to. I was always able to get my questions answered, and this is what customer service is supposed to be about.

If I ever get in the market to either trade, the one that I’m in now or buy something new, I can assure you I will come back to Justin and his team and again try to make a purchase through them because I don’t think anybody could ever do anything any better than they do.

We purchased a 2024 Salem 178BHSKX from Adventure Camper Sales in Almo, KY and we couldn’t be happier!! We did a bunch of research on the camper we wanted through RVTrader and found that adventure camper sales had the RV we wanted for the lowest price! When we called Brian to check on the out the door price, he responded quickly and sent us a more than fair buyers order! Because we live over four hours away, he sent us photos and a video of the camper to make sure we would be happy with it before agreeing to buy! Communication with Brian and the rest of the staff there was excellent and when the day came to pick up the camper, everyone there was so friendly and welcoming! And Grant in service set up our hitch perfectly and gave us a rundown on the camper and all its features! I would definitely recommend adventure camper sales to anyone looking to buy a camper and would definitely buy again from them in the future!

Oh my God...I love everything about this company. They are super awesome. Our representative name was Trevor. When I say outstanding customer service, he deserves a 10 star...5 is not good enough. Curteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the RVs, passionate, patience...I can go on and on. My husband and I were 1st time buyers but they ensured we knew everything inside and out/top to bottom about it. This company has the most friendly environment. What I love the most about this team or shall I say family is they are not like all these other RV companies who try to rip you off. They are super fair in their prices. Please stop in and see them before you buy anywhere else.

The only reason this isn’t a zero star is because I like my fifth wheel toy hauler. That said, don’t trust them to do paperwork to get title, tags, and registration. I got a used unit and asked for the title signed over to me when I left the dealership. They said no, they would handle all that and get it to me in 4 or 5 weeks. Here we are five weeks later and no title. I can’t use the trailer due to their incompetence. I would have gone elsewhere had I known how bad they were going to be. Still wondering if I have a stolen fifth wheel.

What a wonderful experience we had buying our camper at Adventure! We had gone to several other RV lots, but none can compare to Adventure. Trevor, our sales rep, was so helpful and informative. Grant walked through the whole camper with us, explaining how everything worked. Trevor even checked on us the next morning to make sure we got home ok. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. It was more like a family environment. We will never go anywhere else. They are simply the best!!
