I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.My truck was in their shop for over one week , and despite the long wait, there was little to no communication from their team. They showed no concern for how much time and money I was losing while stuck in a hotel, waiting for repairs.

Their customer service was terrible —getting updates was a struggle, and they didn’t seem to care about my situation. A repair shop should prioritize keeping customers informed and minimizing downtime, but this company failed miserably on both fronts.

If you’re a trucker who depends on efficient service and professionalism , I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning, and I suggest others avoid this place unless you’re prepared to waste time and money.

3 days waiting to diagnose my truck and they have been working on it for less than an hour, it was taken back to their truck parking and still waiting. I checked in yesterday 7 am, their open hour cause the day before they were "full" and told me to come next day first thing in the morning and they would take care of the truck FCFS but they didn't start working on it till 4 pm, and had to stop soon because they had to leave at 5:30 pm. Bottom line, it's a disaster, I don't know when I will be out this.

My truck started having problem with carrying an empty trailer. I would go uphills and go from 65mph to 40mph, so I know something was wrong.

I brought my truck here about 3-6 months ago about this problem. They told me it was my heat shield and dpf filter. Which I knew wasn't the case because I just change my filters not too long ago. So I let them do it and paid.

It was running fine for about a day. Than I brought my truck into hartford frieghtliner and explained the same thing. That shop said it was my nox outlet sensor. WELL, 1 week later and my repair for a nox sensor was done.

Now the problem happened again not even a full day after the last repair.

I brought my truck back here about 3 weeks ago for the same problem. This shop did a diagnostic and said it was my dpf filters again 😆. I said "no it's not please don't touch my dpf filters" explained everything and even hartford shop part in all this.

They said I need a deff awning. NOW CHECK THIS OUT. 2 weeks for diagnostic and repair for a deff awning that cost a couple hundred dollars.

I paid 13 hours in repairs and they held my truck for 2 weeks for a total of $2321.

Is that even legal

Stay away from this place. MY TRUCK STILL HAS A PROBLEM!!!
