This review is for the purchase of my vehicle. We worked with Mark and it was a very pleasurable experience. He worked with us to get what we felt was a fair trade in price. He also did what he could to have the car look its best for pick up. Very patient and informative with instructing us how to use the different features. This was my expectation of Acura and he did not fall short. Vanessa worked with us in the finance department. She too was patient and informative. Going forward my hope is that the service department…should we need it…is equally as good.

I really appreciate the quality of good service. And this time, when I visited the Acura Peabody service, the quality of the service was at a high level. I was contacted by a manager named Ryan. He devoted enough time and attention to me, clarified all my questions, offered the best solutions. Everything was in a friendly atmosphere, when the manager is truly on the client's side. I recommend Rayon as an excellent specialist who will listen to you carefully and will not spare time for you, will help solve your problems in the best way. He is super!

Kid who wrote up my work order had to ask my name three different times. I asked for a spare fuse that I had used…no fuse, but they are mailing me one. I told two different people not to wash my car and it was noted on the work order…car was washed. They are offering me a free oil change. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this place again!!

We just had an excellent experience with the service department at Acura Of Peabody. Our 2022 MDX suddenly stopped working. We had it towed to Acura of Peabody late afternoon and it was fixed under warranty and ready to go next day before noon. No hassles - just good courteous professional service. Very much appreciated these days

Had my routine oil change. Good service, reasonable prices. What I find most appealing is that they never up sell you. They tell you what you need and what it will cost. The cars are so well made and of such high quality that the service needs are very predictable.

Brought my car in on a recall and. Lance was great. He handled everything, kept me updated and the car was done much faster than expected. Everything was very organized from the drop off, to our the pick up
