Tony, the owner, is awesome. They do solid work and don't try to rip your arm and leg off in the process. Had valve cover gaskets replaced here and other work, and I felt treated well and the price was fair.

They were able to do a service on the transfer case of my Ford that no one else wanted to do. I spent hours on the phone speaking to different shops to no avail, and I spoke “car language” describing what needed to be done to dozens of other shops. This transfer case for AWD aka the PTU has no drain plug. The fluid has to be extracted through the fill hole, which A 1 automatic transmission (Boston,MA) knew what I was talking about when I called. Fair price, good phone skills, kept appointment on time.
