Had work done there 2 1/2 months ago they repaired my water pump timing belt and head gaskets. Here it is it’s blowing again called up there now the sun answers says his dad is no longer working. There will not repair my thing after all the money I put in almost 3 grand. I do not recommend going there for all the money that you put into. They are not guaranteed their work. The son took over and he’s the one that repaired it and now claims he don’t remember doing it don’t go there.

Had vehicle towed in. Told us he would get to tomorrow. And have it back in a few days. Needed new battery, new hose, and an oil change. Has yet to do more than replace the battery. Has had our vehicle for 2 weeks now. I'd give negative stars if I could. Do NOT recommend...

I dealt with this shop for over a year to get my car right and it's still not running right after putting over $850.00 in it. It all started with a small anti-freeze leak from a small hose. From there it went down hill. Then the car would not stay running after I left the shop. Went back they said I needed new spark plugs, so paid get that done, worked for a day and then still was missing out. Went back he said it was the muffler, so they done something to it and now it's loud and still missing out. Took the car back and they said it was needing a tune up. Got that done, run for a day and then started missing out again and I also noticed fluid on the floor board. Now I don't have heat because something just so happened to the heater core. They said it needs replaced. I just gave up and had a different shop look at the car and they told me the spark plugs have never been changed and the oil was not changed and the car has never been tuned up. I asked for receipts several times and they would not provide them. I called the county clerks office to see what could be done. They told me they have had complaints about this business. Needless to say I will never go back to this shop! PERIOD.....

I dropped off my vehicle there, along with the part I wanted replaced on the passenger side, on a Saturday morning. The shop looked at vehicle, went and bought, and replaced the same part on the driver side of vehicle instead. They called me around closing time and told me it was ready. When I got there they told me I bought the wrong part. Replacing the driver side part did not fix my issue. I found a backyard mechanic who replaced the passenger side part I bought; and that corrected my problem. This shop also told me I needed $900 worth of front end work done, which I declined, then offered to buy my vehicle if I ever decided to sell it. This was the first time (and last time) I have ever been to this shop.

Recently my truck was there to find out what was wrong and to fix it. After 9 days they finally looked at it and told me what is wrong. I gave them the ok on fixing it. After day 10 when I came home late in the evening due to working 2nd shift, I decided to drive by to see if they had started working on it. It was still just sitting there in the parking lot. That’s when I decided to remove my truck right then & there. To put off a customer for so long, along with making it clear they would not write up an estimate, hearing a lot of negative experiences from others I know, not to mention by gut telling me to get my truck out of there, I found someone else very reliable. Of course, them making it clear on more than one occasion that they want my truck had me on edge. They never contacted me about my truck being gone. Now to get my spare key back or to replace the door locks/ignition keys to prevent the possibility of theft. Please, always look elsewhere. Get a 2nd...3rd...opinion.

Been going to these guys for years. Very up front about what’s going on and always gave me a reasonable price and timeframe. There may not be a lot of mechanics in Hartford City but even if there were I’d recommend these guys

This place shouldnt even be open they lie and steal from customers... they take money for service that is 10 times amount should be and then doesnt even touch the vehicle..... takes advantage of snyone that stops in ..... makes one wonder actually whats even going on at that place cause we all know it isnt mechanics
