We are so happy we found and tried Dance Expressions 4 years ago. My daughter has learned more than dance skills, she has made lifelong friends, built confidence and become more focused. I highly recommend this studio for it’s instructors, class schedules, and communication. They care about each family that chooses to be a part of their team.

We have been dancing at Dance Expressions for 3 years, my daughter began with recreational dance and moved into competitive dance. She is 10 now and loves it here! The staff is incredibly talented, helpful and communication is very good! They teach the girls about all types of dance, challenge them to be better dancers and empowered young women. Highly recommend!

Dance expressions is so much more than a dance studio, it is a place for positive growth.
My daughter has grown so much in her time at Dance Expressions, not only as a dancer but also a leader, a team member and a friend. She has gained confidence, professionalism, a love for learning as well as a strong work ethic. She loves to be at the studio and would be there everyday If she could be. Dance expressions is a true family environment and I am truly blessed to be part of it. ?

Dance Expressions has been our daughter’s dance/tumbling home for the last five years. This studio provides a level of creativity and quality instruction that you cannot find anywhere else. Excellent communication, an organized schedule, age appropriate costumes, and the friendliest staff are big reasons why we choose DE year after year. Dance Expressions and the people in it have truly become an extended part of our family! ?

My kid loves all the dance teachers! It is on the pricier side of dance lessons. They have a camera where you can see your child dance. You can choose competitive or non competitive! They sometimes lack full communication.

As a mom I enjoy the relaxed environment for my daughter to learn hip hop dance. Her instructor, Johnny, is kind and patient. He never lacks motivation from class to class!! I am very impressed and we love it here. After a week with working with this staff we also move our 10 year old over for tumbling!! This is a great company! I highly recommend it!

Last year we were at the Paola location, but moved over the summer to western Olathe. I was elated to learn the Shawnee location was only a 15 minute drive up K-7 Highway, AND my daughter would still have Erin as a teacher! She's on the shy side, and gets overwhelmed with large groups, but has an absolute blast with dance and for the rest of the week after dance class, asks when she can go back to dance. The staff has never been anything but amazing, the facility is nice and clean. I honestly have no complaints about Dance Expressions. I highly recommend Dance Expressions to anyone looking to get their children into dance. Our favorite time of the year is recital time and the costumes are always so adorable and age appropriate which is a huge plus. Not to mention the cost is a lot more affordable than some other studios in the area.
