My muffler just absolutely noped out and fell off my car (literally had it in the backseat of my car (see picture haha)) and I got it in about 2 days after the fact and they had it replaced in under 10 minutes once they got the part quickly delivered to them! I’m total around 15-20 minute wait and my car was good to go!!

Service was amazing and every person working there was so unbelievably kind and thoroughly explained everything to me and the total price for parts and repair was extremely reasonable (honestly a lot less than I thought it would be)!

Will recommend Sioux Muffler to anyone and everyone!

I showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment, they fixed an issue with my exhaust in 10 minutes, and the pricing was extremely reasonable and affordable. Wonderful customer service, communicated well, super efficient.

This place is great! I had a tailpipe, maybe kind of, rusted and fell off. 🙁 I called Sioux Muffler and got an estimate (that was the actual price) and got an appointment set 2 days out. I’m horrible at names, but the nice lady that runs the front desk was very personable despite being obviously very busy. We had good conversation while my truck was repaired. Dennis is very up front and honest about the process and in my humble opinion is a master at his craft. Edgar (I’m pretty sure that his name) was cool to talk to as well and was very good at what he does. They have a window so you can watch them work their magic. That’s cool because I like “man” stuff like that. Price was amazing! I thought I would cost more. And once again, it was exactly what was estimated over the phone with me just explaining my situation. I got there at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 appointment and was driving off by 2pm. My truck sounds better than ever, but that might be all in my head. 10/10. Go here even if you don’t need a new muffler!

Horrible customer service the 2 times I went there, never again. Rude and arrogant employees (one employee asked for my keys with no eye contact with his palms open impatiently waiting). I don’t mind a cold attitude so long as it’s professional, but the customer service is amateurish at best. Prices are cheaper than other muffler shops I’ve been to and was overall very satisfied with their work, but the place is not pleasant at all.
