I first contacted Ryan at 10:15pm one evening in the midst of our cross country roadtrip and was pleasantly surprised that he answered. After explaining to him what we are experiencing in our class b, he immediately knows what the problem is. Although he is super busy, he was able to squeezed us on his busy schedule after telling him we are only passing by on our way to our coast to coast trip. He was very compassionate and promised he’ll help us out. Boy, he not only helped us fixed our battery/electrical trouble but also made arrangements for us to have a nice, relaxing dinner at one of the nicest spots in Hamilton while waiting for him to fix our van. He went above and beyond looking for the right battery and did the most difficult job installing it by himself on the side of the street. He never gave up and worked on it until almost midnight. Bec it was so late, he offered for us to park in his shop for the night. He let us use his bathroom and let us plug in so we can be comfortable in our van! Ryan is the most trustworthy person on earth! Not only he’s the best in what he do, but he’s the nicest, most generous person you’ll ever meet. He loves his work but he loves people

My slide stopped working right before a camping trip. When we got to the campsite, they had Ryan's business card and I fave him a call. He was out within an hour to look at our travel trailer. He quickly identified the issues and proceeded to work on them. He was extremely professional and I was curious as to the why's of it. He took the time to explain what happened and how it happened, which showed the amount of knowledgeable he has from the decades of work he has put in. I have gone other places for repairs in the past, however I have not been as impressed with any of them as much as I was with Ryan's overall service. Not that I want or look for problems, but I have found the person I have confidence in addressing any future issues. And I will be sharing his contact information with everyone I know with a camper.

Ryan came out after 10pm to fix our AC unit. He was very professional, fast and helpful! And our AC has been running great since then. We have been telling all of our neighbors about him. We will definitely use him again. Thank you Ryan!

Glad I met Ryan and the work he did on Fifth Wheel was extra special. Very work oriented and has all the credentials to fix all your needs in that field. Very knowledgeable at what he does and it’s done correctly.You can call him anytime and he will take care of your needs in the middle of the night. I had to get my fifth wheel moved in a hurry recently not having a vehicle, he made some quick calls and had my fifth wheel moved in one hour.
If you need repairs on your trailers and fifth wheels etc Ryan is the one to call..
Thanks for the beautiful work on my fifth wheel and getting it moved for me when I couldn’t get there..

We had an a/c issue last night and it was a one night stop. We called Ryan on our way to the next one night stop. He fit us into his schedule and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. It was 90 degrees outside!! He said he had nine more stops and it was almost 6:30PM when he left our location. Thank you, Ryan!! It was so nice to meet you!! We will sleep much better tonight!!

Ryan has done so much repair work on my trailer.
I have a 2024 forest river that had a series of electrical problems and water leaks. Ryan came and fixed them even being here till 12,.30 A M just to complete the job.
I can’t say enough about him he’s dedicated to customer service, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

We first contacted OCD on June 25th to fix our awning that had caught the wind and, and also to replace the old vent covers and the plastic shroud for the refrigerator exhaust. He told us he could meet us at 4pm the next day, but did not show up until nearly 7pm. Luckily it was a nice day and we could enjoy some family time, though it was a weekday, I had to work 3rd that night, and it's a 40 minute drive for us. We informed him that this was kind of time sensitive because we had family coming to town and they'd be staying in the camper starting July 9th, which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review, because he did get us "fixed up" in a timely fashion, by July 2nd he was done with repairs.

Once our family had arrived they pulled the awning out and started camping, later THAT night, while they were all sound asleep inside the camper, the awning caught wind again, and flipped on top of the camper just like it did the first time. This has never happened to us in 35 years of camping, and now it's happened a second time, the first use it had seen since he "fixed" it. So there went $1400 down the drain.

Against my better judgement I contacted him again to come repair it, after all he's got 36- 5 star reviews, he couldn't have done anything wrong... right?

Well we called on July 10th, the morning after it broke again, and he said he'd come check it out. He told us luckily not as much was broken this time and all we needed were new arms, all of our vents and shrouds were still good.

After this it was phone tag for 2.5 months. If we could get him to answer the phone, it'd be Him saying he'd get it fixed, then always having an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. September 26th I finally text him and said "look man, season is coming to an end and I need an answer or I'm going to contact somebody else." He responded the next day with pictures of the new repairs and a link to pay him another 400 some dollars. I can't imagine the awning would flip over again the FIRST DAY OF USE unless he made a faulty repair the first time, but nonetheless, I paid the man.

I WAS LIVID when I got up to the the campground and hooked up on October 5th to pull my camper home for the season and I seen a GOD DAMNED TARP on the roof covering the bathroom vent after he told us none of those were broken and they didn't need replaced. I didn't bring a ladder so I had to find a way to reach the top of my camper and pull the tarp down, ended up soaking myself with rain water as I stood on a picnic table and pulled it off the top of the camper so I could haul it down the road.

The FINAL STRAW was today November 3rd, when I noticed the shroud on the roof for the refrigerator had blown off and was on the ground... I don't know how I made it home without it blowing off and hitting somebody behind me. Upon further investigation there are 4 screws that are supposed to hold it in place, and he never screwed it down... It rained recently so I'm sure a bunch of water got in there, I just got back from a family trip and I have no idea how long that has been on the ground.

Contact Ryan about a trim piece that was loose after storage. He responded with in minutes. He came out the next day and had it repaired. He pointed out the cause from the factory, then inspected the other side, found same factory issue. Went ahead and repaired it as well. Super Friendly, awesome gentleman to work with.

We will definitely use him in the future. Easier than dealing with the dealership.
