PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE MECHANICS HERE AND GET A SECOND OPINION !
My daughter almost had an accident after trusting these mechanics to fix her brakes. She lost all brakes and a tire while driving down the highway after the mechanics at Poky Auto Sales And Service claimed that they inspected and fixed the brakes. When she brought this to their attention the owner chuckled and accused her and her husband of setting a timer to make this happen less than 30 days after they got it out of the shop.

I heard they almost killed my buddy and his wife by not doing work correctly and then lied and refused to fix the issue. I also heard he laughed when he was told he almost killed them and other on the road.

Jeff sold my friend a car knowing it was a lemon. Even told her on the phone he did it and laughed once things went wrong. Stay away.

The service department went well above and beyond to help us get our car up and running! Went out to go to the store before work and my car would not start. We are a single car family, and also very new to the area! Called Pocahontas sales and service to see if they by chance did a jump service to get our car running in order to get it to the shop to see what’s wrong! They were happy to help! They came to our home, put a batter pack on the car got it started and drove it into the shop! Figured out it was just the battery and a super simple fix. They replaced the battery and got us on our way! This whole thing took under 4 hours in total. From the car not starting to getting the car back! We were able to get to work on time and everything! Can not praise and thank them enough for going above and beyond to get us in and on our way!

Great service. Very helpful and informative. They get you in quickly and get the job done at a reasonable rate. I bought a vehicle (pickup) there recently as well. I love it. I was very pleased with my trade in price and the price of the truck I purchased.
