Great experience. Excellent service. We're full time RV'ers and we swapped out our tiny home on wheels for a brand new slightly larger home on wheels. Greatly appreciate the helpful sales experience. A fair price, straight up numbers and a smooth sales transition from one rig to another that went quicker than just about anything I've ever bought. Love that midwestern friendly charm. I really enjoyed the chit chat with the techs. They allowed us to stay at their on-site camping area with full hook-ups and pulled our new rig around so that we could easily transfer our goods from one rig to another. Allowed us to stay as long as we needed, even multiple nights. We're full timers, so we carry a lot of stuff. They came around each day and checked in on us to make sure things were working OK and jumped right on anything that needed attention, before and after the sale. I'd drive half way around the world for a new purchase experience like this. If you're a full timer or just looking to purchase a rig, they are worth the distance to travel.

We had a great experience purchasing our new camper from beginning to end. We started the process with speaking with Trevor, he worked us through the purchasing process in a very informative and professional manner, and he kept it fun the whole time. Once our unit arrived, Syd and Chad worked with us very closely on arranging a delivery date and coordinating a few extra items that we wanted added to our camper. On delivery day, we were treated like VIP's the minute we walked in the front door. Syd introduced us to Greg and Cord who did a great job explaining the intricacies of our new unit. We had a lot of questions and they were quick to answer or if they didn’t know the answers they were quick to research and find the correct answer for us. It was helpful for us to meet Jon in the Service department and Brandee in the Parts department. She walked us through the items they had available to us. Purchased a used popup camper from Bish's. Fantastic experience from start to finish. My sales associate was Brittany and she was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. She even cautioned me that the more expensive larger RV was probably more than what I needed and could be a problem with my tow vehicle.
I was impressed with her honesty.

Fair prices. They have the buying experience really dialed in and never left me wondering what's next. As part of the pickup process they did a thorough RV inspection and walked me through the maintenance, followed by a service and parts tour where they recommended accessories that would be helpful. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything and they even gave a part discount to new buyers.

What impressed me the most was after I got it home I noticed something that was missed in the inspection. I emailed them photos and they made it right immediately. They didn't need to do this, but it was clear they wanted to satisfy customers. Maybe someday down the road I'll buy a new RV and if so I'll be back for sure. Highly recommend. I even told myself I would not buy a used RV from a dealer when I started looking. I was proven wrong.

I have been trying to deal with Bish's Davenport for over a month now. They have lost a sale. I would rather stay in a tent than do business with this group. It started with one camper. Tried to get info on it. Was told they would. No further communication and then notice several days later it's been sold. No issue with them selling it just with lack of communication to me. Moved on found another unit we thought would be nice. Tried for 3 weeks to get info from them. Was told they weren't getting my emails even thought they would reply to them. Would get information only if I hounded them and bare minimum at that. Now this last time I asked for some specifics and was told I would know the next morning. It's been 3 mornings since. I'm done. Find another dealership...read the other negative reviews if you think I'm being petty.

I shopped other places to see trailers and found a model that suited my needs. Contacted Bish’s to discuss purchasing. Ryan was absolutely fantastic working with me remotely. Answered me even on his days off! The entire team at Bish’s was great and absolutely no high pressure, just gave me a great deal!
