We rolled into Country Auto with broken AC on our Sprinter van. We are from Seattle and on our way to Gilbert, AZ for a wedding. Of course we needed the AC fixed. They put us first on the schedule, recharged the system and it was still broke. They gave us a reference to another shop who does commercial vans. While we waited I heard the mechanic talk to another customer about what sounded like a list from the dealer of things to service. He honestly told them to not do a lot of things he figured were just money makers for the dealer and not necessary. Honest and knowledgeable mechanics are hard to find. Highly recommend.

Brakes...on my 2003 Dodge truck...I, procrastinated way too long. I felt my brakes grind as I slowed down to stop at a red light. I called Country Auto, where I have been going to for my emissions and registrations stickers for a few years. I was only calling for information, they took my truck in that afternoon and sent me a detailed estimate early the next morning. My truck was finished and ready for me to pick up just a couple of hours later. I feel so much safer driving my truck now and I am going to be their loyal customer from now on. I will work on the procrastinating thing...Thank you so much Country Auto!!!

Jan was so fun to work with at the front desk answering questions about tire services and providing quotes for different tires. We registered both our cars at Country Auto and the process was done within 15 minutes for both of them (they needed emission checks)! They also provided a price break down of other work my car needs. I will definitley be going back to Country Auto!

I just had the best car repair experience of my life with Country Auto. I have several kids who all drive and I've been to a lot of car repair places over the years, but this was absolutely my best experience. I live about 20 miles away and ended up at Country Auto based on a recommendation. I won't get carried away with mechanical details, but I just was really pleasantly surprised by the honesty and fairness. Very much worth the trip. They just earned a customer for life and referrals to anyone who asks about car problems (aka my kids).

My experience, a country Auto was as expected. They performed my emission test quickly. And the checkout process went smooth. I tried them because I was very disappointed with the other provider. I have gone to for many years. Maybe this is a great lesson to continue to shop and don’t settle for complacency. I manage a family fleet of six cars. If I continue to get the same service I received yesterday. Country Auto will not only my missions, but I will give them a try for other services.

Nothing new here. Needed my car registered, and emissions checked. Went in unannounced. Got it all done in quick time… but very well attended to, and completely well addressed. Great conversations, and back to my life. Guess this actually on of the good parts of my life! Thanks guys, and gal..👍

Took our truck in on a referral since we've been having some issues with brakes. As it was in the back getting looked, I voiced my AC concerns- it was diagnosed without looking they just knew what it was. Got the AC fixed, no issues since then. A great friendly, honest place. 💕
