Awful experience do not go here ! I have a checking and savings account i went on 4/23/24 to cash a payroll check one of the older ladies that is a bank teller took the check asked for my identification which i provided, she then marks the back of the check as if it was cashed and it wasnt !! She then tells me to go to wells fargo in which i did wells fargo informed me that they cant cash it because its marked i contacted the branch the teller answered the phone disagreeing with what Wells Fargo said she reiterated that if she deposits my check it will take 7 days if i wanted my money today she said to go to a check cashing place but how can i cash a check if you marked it as cash ! Not even a check cashing place will cash my payroll check . I had to file a complaint with truist

It's the most unfriendly people I have met out of the other Truist banks only one person in their that doesn't act like you are bothering her for just walking in the bank and always has a attitude when speaking just plain very rude people

Poor experience overall. I wanted to open a bank account. The Staff inside were unhelpful and uninterested in helping me.
I can't imagine how they treat existing customers.

They said I was late paying credit card that is a lie .I paid early own the 3 every month .they charged me for being late .my payment was not due till the 18 of every month .they told me I can not do that pay early . They said they will charge me bring late Everytime if ipa6 own third .I told them to cancel the card .it is not a good place to have a credit card with .I was only late one time .because my house was broken into .they stole all my cash out of house .I paid 30 not sixty .that was the minimum payment .60 dollars .it was only one time .they not a good bank .they charged me a late fee own my credit card everytime I paid early .
The bank use to be SunTrust .now the name is truist .I regret having account with them .
