We just recently bought our first camper from Roger at Car Guys. Buying local is the best thing we could have done. Roger has been fantastic at making sure everything is perfect. He answers all of our questions and is willing to help with the little things. We haven't taken our camper out yet but I know that if we do come across any problems, Roger will help us out!

I really appreciate the service we received on our motorhome. Our slide-out was messed up and there was no way we could return to Arizona in it. Roger and Jeff got the parts, fit us in to their schedule, and were able to fix it. Rates were very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

Roger helped us find exactly what we wanted. He asked questions about what type of vehicle I was looking for, what price range, features, etc and in a very reasonable amount of time sent options for consideration. He is timely in responses and incredibly helpful. He is very fair in pricing and trade-ins. Overall great to work with and would recommend buying your next car with Roger and The Car Guys!

I'd have given less than a star but realize it's an unsettled time for the people in the business. I was just told today by another car rental company that one of the partners passed away last Monday.
I'm trying to see the situation practically from a business/ professional stand point.
When I called inquiring for a rental car last week the person I spoke to was Roger. There was a mention of being short handed no other explaination just business. I was impressed.
I told him I needed to rent a vehicle that was as high off the ground as my Ford Escape that needed repairs. A vehicle that the seat would rise up enough to step out on the ground would also work.
Roger asked me if a Ford torus would work I told him only if the seat raised up enough to let me step out of the vehicle.
Roger stated he had a van/SUV that would maybe work better.
I told him the car I drove was a smaller SUV so that type would work. I stated I would need it Monday July 16 he told me no problem.
I stopped there today thankfully before dropping my car off to be repaired. I was shown an older Ford torus that I couldn't have climbed into without difficulty let alone gotten out of without help.
I asked about the van/SUV that I had spoken for. Bob the one helping me stated It was reserved. I thought Roger had reserved it for me but whhen Roger came in he stated it was for someone else he thought I could use the torus even though I told him the week before I could not if the seat didn't raise to help me out of the car.
Maybe they forgot, are unprofessional & saved it for a buddy over a new client or maybe he's just not good for his word.
Too bad when I drove onto the lot I was looking at the used cars for the future but after being almost left walking home for a rental makes me think they don't want new business or are not trustworthy.

Mechanic was great. No major issues but the bill was outrageous. Over 1300.00. 750 in labor but hours charged didn’t add up. Was totally shocked when I was handed the bill
