This is THEE dance studio for parents who want to prioritize mental and physical health for their kids. The owner is an amazing instructor who is wonderful with all ages and stages of kids, and she employs other wonderful people that prioritize the safety of the kids. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Owned and run by good humans. Friendly, safe, and inclusive environment. Every body, is a dance body here. My daughter who has highly sensitive personality, had sort of a rough trial. Instead of just parting ways, the owner brainstormed with us and came up with a solution. Now we are here every week, and it's truly a highlight in my daughter's week. I can't recommend this dance home enough. Fabulous.

The Change Dance studio is a wonderful dance studio for all ages. My daughter has been dancing since she was 7 and has flourished here. Miss Anna promotes a body positive environment, with an emphasis on mental wellness. It's been such a refreshing change! The teachers and dance education is top notch. The teachers are at competitions - not just watching, but backstage prepping with the dancers, offering encouragement and support. We cannot recommend this place enough - if you are looking for a top-notch dance studio with a family feel, look no further. This is the place.

We have a toddler here and love it. The dance experience for younger ones without being super strict. I was really looking for somewhere to have my toddler experience dance without the push for "perfect competition" that I don't feel he needs at 3 years old. I do love that he can stick with it and as he gets older have some more focus on competition at the same location. They know how to cater to different ages well. Love the owners, they definitely take the time to get to know the parents and are very personable.
