I have had to have 2 tires fixed in the last 2 weeks. Both times they were able to get me in right away and going with no issues. Never have I felt they were just trying to get the most money out of me and truly show that they want to do what is best for the customers. Their staff is Always friendly and so welcoming.

Thank you for the exceptional service last week!! I have been coming to this location for years. When I was not living in town, I made sure to come back for routine maintenance to a place with people I know and trust. Recently, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I brought back 3 separate vehicles for inspections. You were very straight forward with the major issues on a few. We used to be customers of West Side Tire, but several years ago we moved across town and stopped going. Recently we needed a second opinion on our Subaru and went back over. Bob and the crew there took care of us and we found out that our front end suspension needed replacing (an issue with our model of Subaru). The previous place that we were going had told us repeatedly that there was nothing wrong with the car, even though it sounded horrible every time we hit a bump. We also needed new tires on our 2nd car. Got those replaced today and paid $500 less than what the dealer was quoting me for "special tires". Both cars are up and running great. The customer service at West Side is great and they are always honest and straight with you regarding your car and any repairs.

Went in and got four brand new tires and all the lugnuts came loose within a few days. paid 600 dollars and the men working could not even tighten lugnuts correctly. ? what a joke

Never goin back. This was a great place. But these last 2 times with both of our vehicles have been miserable. Was quoted 506 and when I go there in the morning with the appointment they quoted 589. I asked why did it change and he said it changes daily. I told him that ridiculous. Finally got him to honor 506. Tried to get that extra 70 sum dollars was deceptive sales. They cross threaded my lugs on my rim when they did my CV axle.
Lots of mess ups. Seems like they got a new mechanic or they just don't care. One more thing I didn't appreciate over 1/8 tank of my gas was gone. How much driving is needed to do a CV axle and alignment.
