Pancho was amazing! My car was peeling and I was worried about her rusting. I brought her to him and he was able to fix her up within the week! He worked with my work schedule for pickup and was extraordinarily kind. I’ll bring her by if she needs another paint job! Thanks so much!

I've had about five different cars worked on here. Extremely reliable and trustworthy people. They are excellent with communication and will always be willing to spend time explaining problems and options to customers. Very flexible as well with when you drop vehicles off or what parts you choose to bring in for them. I've never found better prices for repairs anywhere else. They stand by their work, and I've never had the slightest issue with this shop. Always bringing my cars here for repairs as long as I live in Iowa City.

I came into Los Amigos this weekend because I was having as issue switching out my license plate. The previous owner had welded the current plate to the car. They came out in the rain and squeezed me into the schedule on a day where it looked like they were busy. He spent thirty minutes helping me out and when he was done he said that is was all "no charge". Friendly guy and great service. These are good people. I will be trusting them with all of my future auto issues.

Having moved here from out of state, my biggest challenge was finding a service I could trust. Los Amigos is that service. They explain every single thing they do, in detail. They offer you options for purchasing necessary parts and will only charge service if you bring your own. Good people work here and there is no service in Iowa I trust more.
