wonderful business and customer service. my car battery died and they charged it all up and didn’t want any payment for it. i thought that was very nice of them after having a bad morning finding the dead battery. will definitely return to get my car serviced there in the future.

I have only great things to say about Accurate Automotive and their team. Years ago, we bought a gift certificate for an oil change that they had generously donated to a silent auction. From that moment on, we've been loyal. They are always available for oil changes, basic repairs, and most important for our family - details. I had a crisis that included spilled tequila in my brand new minivan and they worked their magic, you couldn't even ever smell the spilled margarita again. If you call, they are friendly, provide excellent customer service, and are always fair with their pricing. It feels good to shop small, especially when it is a great business. Every busy parent should use them to clean their car out with the seasons, get a their oil changed, etc. It preserves the value of your vehicle - and your sanity. Thanks Jason(s)!

Recently got new tires and an alignment at their shop. Only took them a few days to get the tires in. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready to pick up at the end of the day. Smooth driving for me now, no more vibration. The quote they gave me included all the taxes and fees, no price tricks, and they didn’t try and sell any extra un-needed services. Honest people, would recommend.

Hands down, best customer service I have ever encountered. Our daughter, a college student, living 3 hours away from home ran into some car issues and the team at Accurate Automotive took great care of her and were so easy and accommodating to work with from afar. Very courteous and respectful staff who acknowledged some maintenance issues I had with my car. Dropped off my car at noon and service was done within 3 hours, which included exhaust system repairs. I was also pleased to know that they replace Toyota Prius transmission fluid, as some auto shops and dealers deny that it should ever be changed. Service cost was also reasonably priced.
