We just made the trip over there from Vinton today wasn't really in the market to buy a camper was looking more for a part for awning. The parts lady was great just didn't have the part in stock not her fault at all put told us how to find the part and they could order it for us. Shannon was amazing walked us around showed us some campers not pushy just a great sales lady when we're ready to buy we will probably come back and talk to these guys

We barely have 400 miles on our camper as we travel to local campsites. This year the first time out our tire exploded and then when we got to the campsite we noticed the other was gradually flattening. I called in and was told unfortunately since I got my camper brand new from them 2 years ago and it’s a 2018 camper this is normal even though the tires are not worn. I would’ve assumed if I was buying a brand new camper from them that I wouldn’t have to worry about new tires after 2 years. I even asked about a tire warranty and they said they doubt it without even checking. There are no cracks on the tire sides indicating dry rot or any other concerns. Very disappointed.

Where we wanted to be on monthly payment and he came back
Way higher and was told it was year end clearance the make deal. He “tried” again by saying he could give us another deal but he should be. Then after two minutes on the computer said no. We went to Bishs instead ams purchased

These guys/girls are amazing !! I have only dealt with the service /parts department but they have gone above and beyond with their service !! Thanks to them I have been able to do graduale improvement s and repairs to my 2012 spree escape without breaking the bank!!

Pros:
Sales team is very knowledgeable of their RVs and campers. They have a wide selection of camping gear and supplies, repair shop, and sales floor with new and used RV and campers. Sales guy we worked with was kind and honest about flaws and options. We appreciated his pro tips as well. The guy who showed.my husband and I how to hook it up to the truck was super helpful and patient with us as well. The model of travel trailor we purchased is a Transcend, I believe is the 265bh. It is a 32 ft travel trailor with lots of storage, sleep capacity, and spacious living area. It is very modern looking compared to other brands we looked at. We love it. Super clean looking with

Cons:
You can tell that it was kinda cheaply made and slapped together with builder grade stuff, but nonetheless a very nice camper.
We have had to fix some of the trim that came loose, A/C gets frozen pretty quickly so we can't turn it too low, and we have had to screw down a few high screws in the carpet that kids stubbed toes on.

All in all, we are happy with the sales experience. I have had pretty bad experiences at car dealerships before, but this was much different! The sales team was not pushy at all and they were very mindful of our time crunch. Thanks to all the Ketelsen folks for the great buying experience! We have been enjoying our travel trailor all summer and so far no major issues!

Working with the entire Ketelsen team was a breath of fresh air!!! We were greeted at the door and welcomed with a hearty handshake. When looking at the various trailers became 'boring' for my 3 and 6 year olds, other team members quickly offered to watch our kids and found Spidey and Friends on a TV. We looked at several units before settling on one that fit our needs perfectly. Denny was extremely informative and in no way pushy. We had a great experience while selecting our new camper, working with Brandon in finance, and Travis, during the delivery process.
