Best car buying experience I have had to date by far! My wife and I recently purchased her new CX-50 from this dealership and cannot say enough great things. Paul, our salesman, was extremely welcoming and knowledgable and ensured we had everything we needed to make the right choice for our next vehicle. Andrew, the sales manager, was very professional and amazing to work the deal with. He was very fair and honest, with communication being a top priority. After owning and loving my Honda CR-V for 13 years, I knew it was time to shop for a new vehicle. After my husband's recommendation, I stopped at Mazda, although I wanted another Honda CR-V. I wasn't looking forward to the process of car shopping either. Talk about a hard sell! Michael Peiffer had his work cut out for him. He showed us two vehicles, patiently answered questions, and let me test drive both. He asked what I thought, and I said I wasn't sure, and I needed to go to Honda too. He said that was fine, and even recommended someone over there. Ultimately I came back and purchased the 2023 Mazda CX5. In financing, we worked with Zach Roberts and he was nice too. Now that I've learned about the new bells and whistles, I can say that I love my new vehicle and I appreciate the kindness of the folks at Mazda.

I recently had an issue with our 2016 Mazda 6 and called with questions. I spoke to a Pete March who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was willing to work us in as soon as possible. Also all who answered phones at this location were all courteous. It is rare this day and age to call a business and be treated so respectfully and to speak to people who genuinely care about their customers. I was impressed and due to this my family and I will return and highly

Took my car in so i can see why i have a coolant leak and then when they told me i have a cracked cylinder head and quoted me 7000 to fix it then when i asked for a detailed quote explaining why its be this much and how much parts and labor would cost they gave me a blank sheet of paper with the total on it and wouldnt quote me for a new engine

Recently purchased the CX5 with Junge Mazda. Worked primarily with Dane Hansen and one day with Paul Bixby. We made several visits driving and redriving the various models before we finally decided to go with the CX5. Dane was extremely patient with us and respectful of our request for follow up. This was a great experience and was completed with transparency on both sides of the deal.

Like many of us, I do not relish the thought of the somewhat compulsory "game" played when you go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for in the car and the payment. We did not wish to entertain much outside of what we already knew we wanted and I will admit that we did have a bit of a guard up.

There was no need for this however. We worked with Sales Consultant, Michael Peiffer. Michael listened well to everything we wanted. He made a point to validate our requests meaning, if something was important to us, it was important to him. There were some unexpected differences between the trim features and he was very helpful in clarifying that this was due to previous chip shortages. He patiently answered all of our questions.

The deals took a bit of work to put together, but I never got the sense Michael was frustrated or anything with us. In fact, he kept an incredibly amiable manner and never became pushy. The finance manager, Mike, was equally pleasant and it just seemed that everyone was generally respectful of what we were open to and what we were not. There was no trying to force us into a deal or vehicle we did not want or making us feel like what we were asking for was impossible. In the end, we had a great, non-pushy experience and made two deals we are happy with. If you are in the market for a vehicle, but hate the car-buying game, I definitely recommend Mike and Michael at Junge Mazda for a stand-out experience. Thanks guys! 🙂
