I have lived within 10 miles of Finish Line Auto works in Dallas Center for the last 55 years. When it was DC muffler, I used them for many years and when that came to an end, it was a bummer for the town.
When Brian moved his business to town I was happy that I wouldn’t have to go to Des Moines anymore. The four times that I’ve used them I’ve been pleased each time.
They were straightforward very competitive and super flexible to work with. I love walking into a business and being able to talk to the owner. That means a lot to me.

There were few minor hiccups but so far it has been resolved and with good experience. I sense honesty with their own limitations (they don't have correct tools to fix certain parts of Mini Cooper). I sense their willingness to learn how to expand their abilities (that they can work on mini cooper to a point) and adding new services (such as dealer of particular tire). They are quick to refer you to Grimes headquarter or other local services for those they cannot do. We have experienced enough to want to do all we can do HERE first before taking it elsewhere.

The employees seemed nice. But Brian the guy on the phone is not very polite didn’t seem interested in working on my vehicle and I never even received a call back with a quote for the work I wanted done on my vehicle.
The Grimes location has always treated me right though
