I just want everyone to know how grateful I am for this company, I have a pretty tall Featherlite trailer and unfortunately hit a bridge causing severe damage and had to order parts, it is a 48 foot Featherlite enclosed trailer with a stacker in the back, I am located in Arizona so already there was a challenge picking up the parts and it just was not worth the price to have them shipped, so I drove all the way out here to pick up the parts, Claudia was the one that I was working with the entire time and I am extremely grateful that she was super patient with me while we went back-and-forth in order to find the right parts for my trailer, when I mean, patient with me, she was beyond patient with me, it was a stressful moment for me because of the damage I did on my trailer.

Although she was not there when I picked up the parts, the owners came out, helped me load and even came in on their off day, which I am forever. Grateful for, these folks are good, honest people and deserve nothing but the best moving forward.

I wish I lived closer because they would get all of my business, I know I said this before, but Claudia knew almost everything about my Trailer, her experience with Featherlite is just mind blowing and she is the best!!

No gimmicks with this dealership. I searched what I wanted to look at before visiting the dealership. I really liked that I walked in to store and thought someone would have to take me out to campers I wanted to look at. Pleasantly I was asked what I wanted to view then handed a key with directions to the campers I wanted view. Nice, I was able to go out to lot, look at different campers on my list. Go from one camper to another at my pace. Very comfortable, no pressure and so enjoyable. Found the camper I loved. Went back in to visit with Jason Cenek. He was very honest with price, with discount and trade in value for my current camper. No need to haggle over a price, which I so appreciated. I am still smiling over my new camper purchase.

We wanted to downsize our fifth wheel. Fortunately, we found the one we liked at Camp Site RV. Doing business with them was a pleasure. No gimmicks. No number games. No pressure. They worked with us to help us accomplish our goal. The two hour drive was well worth it. We will utilize them in the future for service and if we ever decide to get a different unit again. We arrived at our campsite and realized we forgot a to repack our power supply cord after doing some maintenance on it. We needed a dog bone to connect to our extension cord or drive 140 miles back for ours. I made a phone call to these folks and spoke with Kyle. He confirmed what I needed, confirmed he had on in stock and it was waiting for me at the register when I got there. Simple, great service, pleasant staff.

The staff at Camp Site Rv Sales were AWESOME!!!! Quick and to point, very easy to deal with, tight to the point no messing around with the customer. No pressure sales we drove 2 hours for our new camper and will recommend other to check them out. We have been looking for 2 months and dealing with big box camper sales and we found our camper with in 20 min we had a tentative deal we went and looked at camper that night and we were sold and had final offer done in a day.
