I meant to do this review several months ago but forgot. I wanted to write about my experience at Mufflers back in December. While visiting my parents over the holidays, I noticed that my car exhaust started to sound really loud. I needed to head back to Wisconsin the next day so I wanted to check and see if there was any place that would be able to get my car in as soon as possible. I randomly stopped at Mufflers and the man there, I believe the owner, took my car in right away and figured out what the problem was and ordered the parts needed. The parts however, wouldn't be there until first thing the next morning. I left my car overnight and it was finished before 10:00 a.m. . I have not had any issues with the exhaust since. I really appreciated how quick the repair was done on my car. He also didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. I would highly recommend Mufflers should you ever need any exhaust or muffler work done on your vehicle at a fair price.

Ben did an excellent job of repairing my exhaust system. He got me in right away, and it only took him a few hours to complete the work. Now, my dual "pipes" look and sound perfect! This guy is also friendly and easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend "Mufflers". Thanks Ben!!.... from a very satisfied customer. ?

I had made an appointment to have a rear muffler replaced on my 2002 BMW 330ci. When I made the appointment, I told the owner the model of car and what I wanted done, and he had no issues. When I arrived for my appointment, the shop owner took one look at the outside of the box the muffler was in and told me that it wouldn’t work. The muffler was a Magnaflow 11378, a very common replacement for my model of car, used by dozens of other 3 series owners. From the moment the car was on his lift, he was vehemently rude, using profanity excessively. “This ain’t gonna work” “It won’t be loud, it’s not gonna do a thing” “I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff, but this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen”. I asked him what he would advise instead. His response was, “ not a thing”. I asked him to take the car off the lift so I could take my business elsewhere. This was the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere, ever. An exhaust shop that doesn’t want to do exhaust work. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Nice guy fast service but I think a little expensive for a muffler I paid almost $500 and the service fee to use a debit card is ridiculous $19 dollars
