I brought my mom's car here they did a full diagnosis, listed all repairs and what the recommended be done immediately and what could be postponed. The work was done well the price was affordable and the staff was very nice.
They treated my mom like she was their own mother.

I didn't personally use this place nor would I. A friend used them they tore up instead of fixed up costing him several thousand dollars and it still wasn't fixed this was done to 2 of his vehicles. My Dad used them quoted a price then upped it my cousin went and talked to them got it back down. They put tires on, I drove the truck it felt like a boat floating. I went and got them checked they were way over inflated the exhaust they supposedly fixed is leaking and want to charge to fix it when it should have been fixed right. What is Wrong with people these days Do the job right and don't slack off. Make a good name for yourself.

Took the Jeep Patriot in to get the back end, back in camber. I also bought 4 new tires because I thought the repair was going to be good to go. After getting the vehicle back, the back end went back out of camber. Took the vehicle back because I thought maybe they would be proud of their work and want to correct the issue. Wrong. Told me it was going to be $700 more because the parts they put on weren't the best parts to fix the issue, and they should have used something different. On top of that the first Mechanic i spoke to told me they wouldn't haven't put any money in it in the first place. Would not recommend this business to work on your automobile. Not even sure they can replace a wind shield wiper properly. My wife got new tires from them, and wipers (prior to my ordeal) and the windshield wiper flew off when she went to use the wipers. Also if you pay with a debit card they charge you extra as well.

I had an appointment for 8:30 am for a tune up. This 3 HR. job turned into me getting my car back at 5:00. They actually closed at 4:00, but since I was there a mechanic stayed late or I wouldn't have got my car back until the next day. After this I still made an appointment to get a part replaced. My appointment was for 8:00 am, and could be done on 30 min., but the part was not there. They tried to feed me a vendor problem story, but that was a lie. The part had not been ordered. If someone would have called me ahead of time to reschedule it wouldn't have been as bad, but honesty is evidently scarce in this place. My son had this same problem here with parts not being ordered, so I guess that this is common practice here. To sum this up, I ordered the part which will arrive at the same time that theirs would have arrived, and am having it put on somewhere else. I like to cut people the slack, but this is simply POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. They value no one's time, but their own, and they have lost my business.

I had a what I thought was a very bad experience with Elite had to take car to Vedders transmission after El ite worked on it. When Vedders fixed it was something that Elite had messed up Jeremy the owner paid to have Vedders fix it. What a way to take care of your customers. Thank you
