I have been going here one and off for about 7 years. It is home to me! I took a couple years off due to health issues and when those were all managed, I felt the calling to actually become a yoga teacher! It was both a long and short six month adventure but I loved every minute of it. The staff is so supportive, and all the other teachers are there to help on any way they can! So why don’t we meet at the realm and let it be your home!

About 2 years ago, as of this writing, I realized it was time for true internal work and healing. Old habits, beliefs, and filters were stifling emotional growth and stability. Something had to change, and I did not know where to begin, or have a framework to start.

I was encouraged to visit The Realm. I took advantage of practically every healing modality offered: meditations, ceremonies, metaphysical philosophy, workshops, yoga, tarot, massage, reiki...I was welcomed and encouraged to try it all.

I fell into shamanism, a common thread running through all practices. I leaned in, allowing it to open my internal vision. Realm members encouraged the growth and change. I now help lead shamanic studies and offer my own healing services.

Through this journey, Laika made herself available as guide, coach, advisor, instructor, guru; whatever the moment called for. There is little she hasn't studied, and is highly adept at discerning when to give advice, and when to hold space while you go through your process.

Laika is a true medicine woman: she will not heal you, only you can do that. She will show you the tools, help you light the path within, and tell you what you need to hear. The Realm resonates with that energy. There is no promise it will always be fun or easy, but the transformation will be rewarding.

If you are ready and willing to look within instead of without, and put in the work, I encourage you to visit The Realm. Not sure where to begin? Yoga. It starts with you being present, in your body, aware of your thoughts, but not of your thoughts. Yogini Laika understands the meditative and philosophical practices of yoga, and teaches all her students these principles. It's a difference you'll come to appreciate. Hope to see you here!

I'm so glad I returned to my regular Yin yoga classes on Sundays. Moved to the area and chose The Quantum Realm as my first studio and class. The atmosphere is ideal and the staff welcoming. As this is also a yoga school the teacher quality is very apparent with a variety of levels, styles and quality of instruction. I highly recommend a visit and a nice place for a quality experience.

Having the option to sauna before or after yoga is such a blessing. I love when the sunlight shines into the big windows of the studio. No matter what the reviews say, trying it for yourself to see if it fills you up is always the best way forward.
