First time I took car there they gave me ride home. Called half hour later and said they ordered wrong glass. They had no one to pick me up so had to walk 12 blocks to get car. Took it back two days later and walked home. Walked back 12 blocks to get car. This is second time I took a car to them and last time. First time they also got wrong parts. Took two months. Had to pay $900 over insurance for rental car. DONE. Terry disabled veteran

It won't let me post the full review I'd like to leave because it's to long. But I'll sum it up. I've been the head painter/prepper for 10 years. No retirement. No insurance, no financial stability, no help when it comes to fixing personal vehicles. I have an entire list. Including the mold, the holes in the ceiling the rust and water in the air compressor lines, the cell phone jammer in the bathroom. I habe TONS, including pictures. They dont pay overtime. I have 10 years worth of overtime I never made bevause they don't beleive in overtime just working more for the same pay. The place is a joke. Don't beleive me get ahold of me. You'd be better off taking your car to bill shad in bloomington, he'd be more up front with you about it. Uou can't get a straight answer because there's 2 bosses. They confuse eachother so much all of the employees get bitched at constantly.

Told driver and police on site to tow the car to my home. The tow company refused to and took it to the lot instead. Had to go though the the whole process to get it released when it should never have been there at all.

As a single momma of 3 the struggle is real however I have bought a couple of vehicles from owners and they are all so helpful and courteous, worked with me when there was an issue whether it be mechanical or making payment, love the staff I highly recommend this place and refer a lot of people when asked about buying or fixing a vehicle, keep up the good work yall

Poor customer service, The owner himself along with his staff was very rude to my husband. They towed his vehicle from Arby's in bedford to their lot and it sat for less than 24 hours and he was charged $1,400.00 thankfully BLANDS WRECKER SERVICE transported the vehicle back to his business for a GREAT PRICE it really helped out!

A one-star review only because you have to give it that much to leave a review. Our son’s car was towed here after an accident. He was rear ended & car totaled. This company is as crooked as they come. NEVER, NEVER go here. They lied to us, turned AAA away TWICE when we tried to have his car towed to a reputable place. His insurance finally was forced to pay a ridiculous amount to get it towed to a different place. There are many other horror stories about this place.
