Blake and his team are absolutely amazing! We bought a 2015 cadillac escalade on car gurus and the process was so easy. We got the vehicle delivered and when we got it there was a slight ticking noise. They asked us to get it checked out and we did by 2 mechanics, turned out not to be anything major. They we constantly checking on us and we're willing to fix whatever the issue was. We are so happy with our new vehicle and if we buy another in the future they will be our first call!

I got new wheels and originally wanted BELL TIRE to take my tires off my oem wheels and put them on my new wheels. They refused to put 265/35 on a 10 wide wheel because it’s apparently too stretched. I couldn’t find anywhere that would do it because every shop said they wouldn’t “stretch tires” discount tire said they could do it but they aren’t very trustworthy with their work. I called PATTON AUTO and sure enough they said they could do it. They got me right in. Their customer service and communication was on point . The gentleman who put my tires on my new wheels was awesome, no scratches, no dings or chips. They even gave me new valve stems. He even notified me that bell tire had put one of the rear wheels on backwards and he fixed that as well. Not only did they put my old wheels back in the boxes but they put the wheel covers and rim protection on them as well. I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for quality work!

The customer service is beyond compare. They had toys, and coloring books for my kids, and Tara let my daughter take paper off the printer and hand it to her as they printed. If you wanna feel like family, go see these people. My 3 year-old got into our new van when we were leaving, and said “I love that girl at the desk. I hope we come back soon to see her”. And I assured her that we will.

I have bought and traded in multiple vehicles with Patton Automotive. They have always been fair with trade in and vehicle prices. Quality pre-owned vehicles are hard to find everywhere except at Patton's! Most of their vehicle's are clean one or two owner vehicles with them many times being local trade in or locally purchased inventory vehicles. My best vehicles have been purchased through Patton's, so I won't be going anywhere else in the future! Patton's also has a full service repair shop that is hands down the best service shop I have worked with.

I own a local remodeling and construction company and I take all of my personal and business vehicles to them.
