We had a damaged van sliding door due to our negligence that we just wanted to have repaired ourselves and not go through insurance claims. The job took several days longer than quoted and when I went to pick it up, the door color didn't match at all.
Turns out they had replaced the door and thought the colors matched so that they hadn't even painted it but they were billing us for it. Once pointed out, Lester agreed that it wasn't a match. The job was completed the next day and the work was fine. I would not ,however, use Lester's again and question the ethics of their business. He did reduce the quoted fee after I expressed my dissatisfaction.

Lester's does quality, honest work - we were VERY satisfied. Unfortunately, nobody is in a good mood when they need to repair their vehicle, so understand ahead of time that the wait time for your vehicle being returned will depend on the severity of the damage as well as the competitive demand for the same repair shop (higher in the winter months).

The customer service can be one extreme or another, so come in with an open mind. Again, Lester's provides honest work.

Awesome people to work with. My truck had front end and rear end damage from a collision. Lester made sure the repairs were done right. The truck looked like it just rolled out of the showroom when they were done. In fact the truck looked better after the accident than before. Can't recommend Lester and his group enough.

Professional work at fair prices. Extremely friendly bunch of guys. Repeat user of Lester's shop and this will continue. They are very busy so it takes them a while to answer the phone sometimes but that happens.
