I have been a customer for 25 years. I went in recently to purchase a new amp for my bass guitar and find out if they could restring my daughter’s electric guitar. I explained that my daughter bought rainbow strings for her guitar and she can’t finish the job. The taller man that works there rolled his eyes and said yes they could restring but they use their own strings he then asked if she was a new player. I said yes. He rolled his eyes and shook his head and said “new players can’t do anything.” He wasn’t interested in selling their guitar services and he was a jerk. He must be “new” to giving advice too because he isn’t good at that either.

We were very surprised to find a great deal on a mint condition 1995 Fender Steve Harris Precision bass! The store also has a beautiful 1999 Gibson SG Supreme P90 for sale! The staff was friendly & we definitely recommend going into this store!

Sells garbage and hides behind his 3 day for credit (no refunds) and is closed for 2 days so you miss the return for credit window. Has one of the lowest google review scores I have ever seen. Should have checked before entering this place. I live hours away and bought while on vacation so now I am stuck with worthless junk. Would leave negative stars if I could because 1 star means I'm at least 20% happy with my experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I have had good and bad experiences here. I went in for a guitar and saw a pretty white one. I was going to buy it, but my wife suggested I try it first. None of the pickups worked. They tried to clean the pots, but it still didn't work. They never fixed it, just put it back out on the floor. I bought a different guitar for a bit less than list price. It is a great guitar, but I do wonder what their method is for pricing.

I’ve had two repair done there, neither of which were worth the time or money. My first one was a simple tuner replacement on an acoustic guitar and they gave my guitar back with a tuner that didn’t even match the rest. The second repair was to adjust the truss rod and fix one of my pickups that had been broken. Unfortunately they loosely put a screw that didn’t match the rest in and the pickup was still broken. The 20 minutes fix took nearly a week and cost $80 which is insane for a screw and the manpower to adjust the rod a little. On top of that there has only been one employee happy to be there. Shoddy work, poor service, too expensive. Maybe I just got them on an off day, twice. I will never recommend people to buy, sell, or repair from here. Sorry Tempo

I recently bought a Roland drum set not only did they come in on a Saturday early so I could pick them up to drive home to Florida. in my rush to get on the road I left two cymbal stands and other required pieces flash ahead two months later I called them ( not expected them to find them) they not only found them but shipped them to me at no charge. I wished I lived closer I would do business with them only! They are customer service at its best
