I had the three fan belts to my engine fan break on me in Valparaiso IN. Called in order of repair closest to me and no one wanted to come out. OTR Mobile was willing and able. Dan came out assess the issue and got right on it. Even though the fan hub was hard to find he didn't ghost me. He stayed in contact with me until he located the part and got the job done. Professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and willing to get the job done. Very reasonable price especially for all he had to do to get me back up and running. I guarantee that if I ever need work done in that area I'm calling him first!!!

I wish to give 10 stars because this is the fastest roadside assistance ever in my life and the tech named Dan is my life saver. The coolant pipe which goes to the Def tank has busted but he did some method and got me out of that situation. It is a pipe which is not easy available and it an OEM parts, but Dan did some hacks and put me on the road. Thank you Dan and OTR

Danny has a way of looking at mechanics in a very scientific method. He does not believe in trying it first to see if it works or other words trial by ear. He is typical scientific and what he does therefore what do you refine the first time, usually works the first time! I know I’m a pilot. I have looked over his shoulders for the fact that I repair my own aircraft.

This guy is phenomenal, was at my location of breakdown in 30 minutes, had my car up and going in 15 minutes, didn't charge me an arm and leg, was very thorough and didn't try finessing me like other mechanics, I highly recommend !!
