Wanted a Spark and wanted a color that was different. I saw this on Paul- Richard website and called immediately. My purchase was pleasant and easy. I enjoyed every minute of the sale and when Hubby trades up we will definitely return to them to buy our next vehicle.

Paul Richards took excellent care of me and walked me thru the first process of a warranty repair with my first ever new car. I called them and they scanned it right away and squeezed me in the next day to make sure my car was ready to be on the road. I love my Chevy Trax and Paul Richards staff were attentive to my car needs, even if I didn’t purchase my Chevy from them! I will definitely return in the future!

We took our Silverado to Paul Richard after my husband hit a deer. The body shop and parts department did a wonderful job on quickly getting the parts we needed and getting the job done. We also appreciated that they were thorough and fixed other things that they had found wrong along the way. Monica was very helpful and got us a courtesy car in no time! We have been loyal customers of Paul Richard and will continue to do so in the future!

I wish i could write a good review because everyone at this dealership was friendly and easy to like. When my 2024 Chevy trax was involved in an accident, i chose to take it to this dealership. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on July 13 and soon found out there was a long wait on parts due to it being new and all parts being on back order. I do not hold the dealership responsible for this, i realize they have no control over that part. There was significant damage to the front end including the passenger wheel and passenger side door which was scuffed up but could be buffed. Both of these issues were specifically pointed out when i dropped the car off. My car was at the dealership roughly 2 months and they were good about updating me on the status of the back ordered parts. On Sept 19 i received a message that my car was repaired and could be picked up after 4pm which was wonderful news since the last update was the parts would not arrive until the end of Sept. i left work early on the 19th in order to pick up my vehicle before they closed for the day. When i arrived , i checked the vehicle and found the wheel had not been replaced and the scuffs on the door were also untouched at which time i told them i was not taking the car because it wasn’t completely repaired. The wheel was not a back ordered item and they actually had it shipped in overnight in order to get it done once i pointed out it was not fixed. So in the two months my car sat at the dealership waiting on back ordered parts, no one bothered to buff out the door or replace the wheel, both which had been pointed out in the beginning and were very obvious damaged to the vehicle. This caused another 4 day delay on the return of my Vehicle to me. I can think of no logical answer as to why they would not take care of those simple repairs within the two months while my car sat. I can give them a 5 star rating on friendliness but as far as quality of work i would have to rate this dealership 0 stars. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone i know or don’t know.

Brought my truck in for an oil change!! Left with a Tire Monitor System alarm!!! Their answer was, oh well we can look at it!?! Seriously? That alarm wasn't there when I came in!!!! Been a customer for years but I think that's done! If you don't know what you're doing, leave it alone! ?
