Great customer service when our van’s alternator died. They came and picked it up at Potato Creek, fixed it after giving us a quote. Job took a little than expected but sounded like they were slammed with work and emergency towing so I understand. They even brought the van back to us and took a credit card for payment. I’m a big Apple Pay guy so be aware they do not take Apple Pay ?. Bottom line is if something else happens I’ll not hesitate to take my vehicle back to them. Thanks Tracy!

Was in town camping and blew a brake line. I called a few places and decided to bring my truck to Gene's and I would have to say I made the right call. I dropped it off and they gave me a ride back.... fixed my truck and picked me back up with my truck all fixed.... thanks guys! I recommend going to Gene's Sonoco Station if you're ever in a pickle!
