Exceptional customer service with a personal touch! The team truly understands the needs of those who take pride in working on their own vehicles. When I needed to get my Mini Cooper JCW to the perfect height using BC Coil-overs, they advised me to hold off on alignment until I had new tires. Once I got the tires, I brought it in, only to realize I didn't have a suitable spot to work on my laptop. Without hesitation, they offered to take me home.

The alignment was completed flawlessly, and they took the time to review the report with me in detail, discussing both immediate and future steps I could take, whether on my own or with their help.

Later in the summer, when my A/C wasn’t cooling properly, they walked me through the potential issue with the Freon, noting that my MINI might be at the threshold of using a newer, pricier type. I approved the service, and to my surprise, the final bill came in about $100 less than expected.

Reggie's is like Apple in the automotive world—they consistently prioritize the customer, ensuring everything just works.

I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service for my first visit at Reggie's. I had already rented a car to drive while mine was in the shop. When they heard that, they checked their courtesy vehicle fleet to see if they could get one for me to drive. They had one and it worked out well. I was also impressed with the follow up the week after my appointment just to check in and see how the car was performing. They've definitely won a new customer in me!

What is there not to recommend about Reggie's? First, you don't have to wait weeks (months) for an appointment for your car. You can make the appointment online for a time that works for you! They communicate very well and give options on what needs done, what can wait. They are upfront on cost before the work is done.
The people are super nice. My service advisor (Jessica) was very good at keeping me in the loop and making me feel like I wasn't just a customer, but now part of the Reggie's family.
A full inspection is done on your vehicle when it goes in. Everything done is very detailed on your receipt. With pictures! Excellent experience. You guys have earned a customer for as long as I have a Benz. I wish I had found you years ago! Oh, and the cookies are KILLER!

I’ll start by saying that Reggie’s Motorworks is in a league of their own. I moved to the Indy area from Chicago and have been searching diligently for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic for my 7 series. The BMW dealership and most shops seek to get as much money as possible, regardless of the issue.
However, from booking my appointment to picking up my car post-service, my experience with Reggie’s was a breath of fresh air. 5-stars for sure.

These guys gave me explanations on everything, got me in and out with only a 24 hour turnaround and gave me the best price available. Reggies is top notch! They are proactive and determined to find a solution regarding your car. They also utilize every option with your permission in the process, and keep you informed along the way. My car had a problem of turning off mid drive. They test drove it 210 times to see if they could get the same result along with various other check points. I was amazed and thankful to have found them. Our last tow suggested them. We will not be going anywhere else going forward! Top notch!
