Excellent RV repair by Twin Lakes RV Repair company. Jay runs a clean, efficient and skilled shop for many years. Our roof was poorly repaired by Quick-n-Out rv repair north of Ft Wayne- DO NOT USE, their repair tore loose causing us to need to replace the entire roof after 6 1/2 months and they would not honor a warranty as said it was for 6 months.
Twin Lakes RV uses Flex armor roofing which should be on ALL RV’s, lifetime warranty. Jay fit us in as he’s very busy and now scheduling 3 months out. Highly recommend, we found Jay to be a very great guy.

Jay and Troy at Twin Lakes were great to deal with. Needed a major roof repair which resulted in having a Flex Armor roof installed for us, they also repaired our black tank valve. Jay, Troy & Danny were all wonderful people to work with. We had a sticky situation with the RV dealership we bought our rig from. It had been delivered with many things broken and needing our AC unit replaced. Jay worked with the dealership to get them to pay for all the materials and labor, and Troy & Danny did all the repairs for us. They were all kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We can't recommend them ENOUGH. They came out to our property each time and did the repairs on site. If you need repairs of any sort done, call them! They're an amazing family owned business and we will be calling them if/when we need any more repairs!

Jay and the guys are the only ones we will have fix anything on our unit. Absolutely the best up front, straight forward experience every time. We drive 8 hours bypassing so many repair shops knowing we will be in the best hands to get everything fixed correctly the first time. Their experience with DRV and knowing what to look for and being able to be proactive has saved so much headache down the road fixing or correcting some small issues before they turn into something bigger.

We are very happy campers! We had an emergency with our slide cables breaking and our slide stuck fully extended. Jay was highly recommended to us by our dealer from Oklahoma! They were prompt and very kind and did a great job fixing us up so we can get on the road. The owner even called afterwards to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything. Great service all around! We will return for any future services needed!

We were very fortunate that Jay and his team at Twin Lakes RV Repair in Lagrange Indiana were able to squeeze us in for a 4 hour service. They opened up their normally full schedule to accommodate us!

They raised our mid ship jacks up one hole adjustment and lubed and adjusted the slides. Including the cable operated slides. They found over half the cables needed some adjustment. Hoping to prevent cable failures.

We stayed the night before in front of the shop (dry camping) and backed it inside at 6am.
We were on our way at 1030.

The shop is huge! Oversized doors easy in and out. Super clean and tidy!

Jay and the team were professional and know the Rigs! They stayed in contact with us before, during and after the work.

We will return.
