I first heard about "some business" in Indiana that fixed Cedar Creek Fivers. After I again heard some reference to the business, I did a google search and found Amish Family RV Service. Then I started reading the reviews. The more reviews I read, the more I wanted to make the trek from Darien, GA to Topeka, IN. So I made the trek! I've had extensive work completed by Amish Family RV Service. Orvan and his team are as good or better than any and all of the most positive comments you'll read. Orvan has been described as a perfectionist. His work, work ethic and finished product are incomparable (without an equal in quality or extent; matchless). Have a Cedar Creek? Need repairs? Make an appointment! Make the trek! Get Orvanized! Like so many, "I'VE BEEN ORVANIZED" too!!!!!

We took our 1 year old Cedar Creek to Orvan. He was great. I live in Texas and texted him a picture of an issue I was having and he called me within an hour and walked me through the correction process. He also called when we arrived back to Texas just to make sure we got home safely. Geez. Who does that these days? Orvan expects the customer to be completely satisfied. I certainly am.

I can't say enough good things about Orvan and his crew. The Cedar Creek factory rep recommended this repair shop to me, and based on a good online reputation I decided it was worth the 3.5 hour drive. I'm so glad I took my fifth-wheel RV to this shop, and plan to always use them for repairs in the future.

Orvan was so professional, efficient and straightforward. I thought there was no possible way that my list of repairs could be completed in one day as he estimated, but they finished in seven hours and left it cleaner than it was when I arrived.

Orvan provided several helpful tips for maintaining my coach for the long-term, and suggested a couple of upgrades, without being pushy. I took his recommendation for adding larger tail lights for safety.

The factory paid for the major repair, and I paid for optional items. His prices were very reasonable and the work was done flawlessly.

At a time when customer service everywhere seems to be just the bare minimum and nobody cares about quality anymore, this shop really shines for their craftsmanship.
