I'm so glad that Alliance had Westar perform warranty and repair work on my 2022 340RL. They did an exceptional job to include fixing other things found during the scheduled work. I was in a very tight spot. Hydraulic brakes went out on our coach, and had to leave my camper in Goshen on a Sunday. Got in touch with Freddy the next couple of days, and his mechanic and he personally drove that tank without the safety of consistent brakes all the way to Kendallville. Where they tore the brake system down, ordered new parts, and put the coach back together. I finally got it back from thr shop yesterday (7-9-2024), and from the way the brakes work now, I should have known they were going out before. Thanks Freddy (and your Mechanic).

We can't say enough about this place! Freddy (new owner) was willing to come out, in his personal time, after a full day's work, to check out an electrical problem with our camper ( we stay very close to were his shop is). He even went out of his way to try and solve it over the phone to save us the service fee and repair cost( a VERY honest soul's move). We ended up not requiring him to come out. But if anything ever goes wrong with our home away from home again. Mr. Friendly Freddy is who we WILL be calling. **Disclaimer: I hope noone who reads this expects this fine gentlemen to be going out in his free time day in and day out to help fix things.

Anthony (owner) was great to work with. I needed to replace my awning and repair the drip rail due to fallen tree damage. He was able to locate an awning (higher quality than the OEM awning) and perform the repairs much quicker than the dealers. Excellent communication, timely work, and great quality - couldn't ask for more!

Used Google to search for an RV repair shop & found Westar! After talking with Freddie I was totally happy with my decision. Totaled my truck while traveling to visit my family in Indiana. RV took some damage as well: Bent frame, bent receiver hitch and several other things. Freddie did an amazing job and even put my needs as priority. Fixed everything that was wrong with the accident very fast. Very nice people and a family business. If your looking for a RV repair service you couldn't find a better one.

Took our RV here for repair work. Met with both Anthony (the owner) and Opy (technician). They fixed a huge list of items that needed repaired or replace on our RV that was all warranty work from the manufacture. Amazing job done quickly and top notch. Will definitely use this business again if we need anymore work done on our RV! Great job guys!

I used Westar to switch out an Automatic Transfer Switch. It took me quite a while to figure out why my power wasn't working, but once I found the problem, I reached out to Westar for help, and Anthony totally delivered, and he was very professional and made it really easy. I REALLY needed someone who could come out to me. He helped me to get power, temporarily, over the weekend while the part came in, and he came back out to swap the switch. If you're in his area and need help, I couldn't recommend more highly.
