This is a 10 star place of business, honest as the the day is long, won’t oversell you and will make sure you know everything you need and you approve before he just spends your hard earned money. Every customer is treated as if you were a family member with genuine care and compassion . I have been going to Larry who owns New Paris Auto for 22 years literally the first week or so after he opened the doors. Our vehicles are our lifeline, make sure you have someone who cares about it as much as you do, Larry is that person. Dedicated, professional, continually updating his technology due to us driving computers now. Our daughter was on her way from Michigan to visit friends in Winona Lake, IN and the engine on our 2004 Honda Odyssey began to misfire near New Paris. I found Larry's New Paris Auto Service on google maps and called him at 3pm on a Friday (They close for the weekend at 5pm). Larry was very friendly and he said he'd look at it, but honestly wasn't sure he could get to it before they closed. Well guess what - the repair was done right a few minutes after 5pm and my daughter was able to have her vehicle for the weekend. I would recommend New Paris Auto Service to anyone for great customer service and a job done well and priced fairly.
