Seriously worst first new car buying.. only called cause someone highly recommended. Let me stress they did say reach out to Matt however I sadly was sent Doug Jennings. He will not only ask a question then cut you off. I offered to show my signed legally binding agreement instead was told even though he’s not gym anymore he’s been in the business years.. insisted he never emailed me even while giving him the opportunity to reloook gave me a price with with what he claims is Matt’s 100 % only then to message back beggin me to buy me not to find out by his next text that that message was meant for someone else… there is most definitely so much more to say along with screenshots to prove what I am saying it’ll be posted on every place I can review. And sincerely hope this helps at the very least one buyer the experience of Doug Jennings along with the Hubbard family to know who they are allowing represent them.

Bought a duramax truck here, higher mileage but price was still pretty good in my opinion. Guy went with us on the test drive and had no issue with me pushing it hard on the road and making sure everything was running good. No pressure from anyone in there, free sodee pop. All in all happy with the truck and the service.

So I broke down at Indiana Beach. I Googled Hubbards and talk with a gentleman that said bringing in my truck would be no problem and even referred a tow truck company. Was told when the truck gets there I would be given a call from service. Being it closing time was reassured it would be next day which was a Saturday as Service is open for a half day. I waited around to hear from them. When I wasn't even sure if they received my truck I called only to be told service is closed and person had no clue if my truck was there. Called Tow company and it was dropped off at 7am before service was open with keys and paperwork. Monday came and I called and Kim in service needs to learn a little humility. She didn't like when I told her this was very poor service not even reaching out to a customer to let them know they even received my vehicle. Says she was Sooooo busy on Saturday that she couldn't give a two minute phone call. Thank God I don't live down here and have to ever use them. Oh Kim even hung up on me and never got to finish asking questions. Piss Poor!!

Recently came and seen Lonnie for a new to us van on the lot, Lonnie went above and beyond on customer service including coming in on his day off for the delivery. I highly recommend him to anyone that I know is in the market for a new vehicle. Our new van had a window issue that they offered to fix as part of the deal and Lonnie even worked it out with my wife to get that fixed at our convenience by leaving us his personal vehicle while it was being serviced. All around great experience and top notch customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Just had the best dealership experience purchasing a used vehicle from these guys. Absolutely a top notch organization from top to bottom and it’s noticeable as soon as you arrive. All the sales reps are friendly and courteous which reflects on the organization. Special shout out to Ron Byrd who made the 3 hr trip worth it to pick up my SUV ? and a high five ?️ to the ownership that makes this a great place to work for their employees keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend Hubbard to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Lonnie was my sales guy and I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. He was warm, friendly, and very good at his job. I have avoided traditional car dealerships for a few years now because of how much I dislike the 'games' they play but I was very pleasantly surprised that there was none of that at Hubbard GM. I purchased a used BMW from them and the car was exactly as advertised. My son loves his new ride!
