They always leave it up to us to decide whether to go with their advice and fix everything they think needs fixing, and their opinions are always honest. Most recently, my new car got rear-ended and had to be fixed - this was a new experience since the fix required body work. Everything was done quickly, professionally and in a friendly way. Clearly procrastinated on our car for weeks, which was damaged but nothing crazy, from being rear ended. Was in the shop for over 2 months, no exaggeration. Every week it was "maybe another week". When it was finally ready, they realized small parts were missing the same day we came to pick it up. Clearly it was not being looked at and just done in piecemeal. Promised us an inspection but did not do that either. Was asked explicitly about timeline and they had no straightforward answers about why each task took so long. Very disrespectful to be cast aside like that when we have been nothing but grateful and communicative, while waiting for 2 months.

I had to have my car towed here and they promised it would be done that day, but when I called at 4pm after waiting all day, I was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day. Severely disappointing waiting all day and still not having my car for just a hole in the tire.

Overall, they were nice and had good pricing, just not clear enough communication, especially for emergency-type repairs. They were knowledgeable and able to help, just would’ve appreciated more clear timing expectations.
